    I have a UTI. In the past wisp has been a godsend as I get UTIs easily due to a genetic issue. I paid $65 for the consult (its a questionnaire) and expected my medication within a few hours as they usually are quick. Ive used them for years. I immediately get a complaint from the doctor that I need my name as on my driver ID. I guessed that might be a policy change so and I go by a shortened version of my name so I showed a pic of my ID. A worker thanks me and says the script will be out shortly and Ill get a notice. Hours of very frequent painful urination which can rapidly lead to kidney infection pass. I ca the pharmacy. Nothing. Call my old pharmacy. Nothing. My pharmacy closes. I tell wisp this is medical malpractice and I expect my prescription and that while understand mistakes happen this is dangerous to my health. I need the prescription. Its not like a fun one to take. It makes me not under threat of organ failure. I spent $25 to get to the pharmacy that they could easily have gotten the script to plus $65 to have a doctor treat me a bouncer at a bar. For antibiotics. Theres like zero abuse potential here. So the person who I worry *** not be literate with English (not from what she wrote but what she did) writes back that I can have my money in2 weeks (mind you thats the last of my money and I could get very sick) when the refund hits and she cancelled my order. I never said cancel it. I said that its imperative to cure my issue and please keep that in mind. Theyve messed up before a few years ago and they called it right in, and were great. You must have zero medical knowledge to tell a person to get a kidney infection while you wait 2 weeks for your money when you didnt cancel the order or ask it to be canceled.

    I order of Hellowisp consult with a doctor virtual on 6/2/2024. They prescribed me medication I paid on the app for the meds.When I went to pick them up I was told I had to pay for them .I had already paid on the app.I reached out to Hellowisp explained the situation I was told there is nothing they can do I didnt reach out to them in time it was Les the 24hoir when o reach out to them

    I ordered from Wisp for treatment on April 09 & 10. I paid ****** total for the order. I've reached out to customer service once already and again today because the order still hasn't shipped. On my account it says awaiting carrier pickup but it's said that for over a week now.

    I placed an order on wisp 3 days ago. My order has yet to ship. I am unable to access my account now and am unsure why. I emailed them yesterday and they responded now today when I email them I get an email back saying there is a permanent error and I cant contact them.

    I paid for a consultation for a renewal of Yaz birth control and they told me to go to a healthcare provider! This is the third time they denied to ***************!

    So I purchased (exactly like the website said) a prescription for 10 Valacyclovir pills, they only gave me 5, then when confronted them about it they wanted more money, they know someone made a mistake, but unwilling to make this right.
