    At first the service i received was excellent. I had a subscription for birth control and was receiving the generic version with 3 month supplies at a time. The customer service became increasingly bad. At times I wouldnt receive my subscription in a ****** manner, causing side effects to my body. The last straw was when their online MD denied me my prescription on the same day I was supposed to receive it. They only care about getting $, not womens bodies

    I used to be able to get period products from this company easily in the past, but not anymore! Their doctors dont respond to the messages to get the order cleared in a timely fashion (I made my order at 8 am today, and its almost 5 pm), customer service is TERRIBLE (keep asking you the same verification questions over and over), and overall this has been a waste of time and money. NEVER using this service again

    Ive been a customer of ********************** for some time, and unfortunately, the service has consistently gone downhill. What should be a simple and convenient processrequesting and filling a prescriptionhas become a constant source of stress and frustration.Despite providing my correct pharmacy information multiple times, Wisp has repeatedly failed to update my file accurately. Ive had to reach out nearly every month due to issues with prescription transfers. Most recently, I was told that the same pharmacy that filled my prescription in March was not in their system, even though I provided proof of the previous pickup. I even attached the receipt, yet they insisted it wasnt recognized.The support team gives conflicting responses, with no one appearing to be on the same page. Theyve also offered pharmacy alternatives that are clearly much farther from the one I use, and when I questioned this, I received no logical explanation. I was also forced to repeatedly ask for escalation, as no one could offer a real resolution.Its clear that Wisp lacks internal communication, attention to detail, and proactive customer care. For a service that charges customers with the promise of convenience, Ive experienced nothing but the opposite. Theres no consistency, and having to chase down answers every time I need a refill is unacceptable.If you value your time, your health, and basic customer service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

    Wisp is a company whose sole purpose is tricking people into subscriptions under the guise that it is providing more affordable and accessible medications. No matter if your medication is only a "one-time" pill - they WILL make you pay for a second.... and a third***** and so on, until you catch on. And of course, it is unreasonably difficult to find the option to cancel your subscription. This company puts profit over people and is just another crooked San Francisco start-up created by a likely trust fund baby.

    This company was issuing me ****** for nausea because I have Lupus, I've been getting the ****** from wisp since June of this year, when I went to renew it this time I was told that they do not give ****** to 55-year-old people but yet they've been prescribing it to me this whole time. Did not respond to my emails or questions inside the site as to why

    Im a nurse and a NP. Therefore, Im well educated on healthcare. This place is amazing. The urgency required for UTIs is hard to contend with in todays healthcare beaurocracy. This place will have me feeling better within hours rather than days. If you dont meet their algorhythm for pt safety then that *****, but I never have had a problem. I get an antibiotic within an hour of a full blown severe UTI. Id gladly pay $65 to not be in that kind of pain for hours.

    Not a helpful service. Charged me in advance for medication and then messaged me later to let me know I couldnt have it. Ive gotten birth control prescribed from the before as well and getting the prescription from my pharmacy was so difficult that I just gave up and found somewhere else to go. Dont recommend at all.
