    Instacart, although convenient, is a scam! My shopper left the actual paper store receipt in my delivery, which indicated 3 items that I DID NOT ORDER yet, were shopped and paid for using my account. The shopper apologized and confirmed he has been shopping 3 orders at the time. He said he would have Instacart reimburse me. I never heard from the shopper again and through a serious of emails and chats, Instacart refuses to own up to the error and refuses reimbursement. The items only totaled $12 but, that is not the point. The point is ********* used my account to pay for another clients items, which is theft. The paper receipt also reflected the actual cost of my order, which included store discounts, which Instacart also does not adjust for, meaning they pocket whatever the difference between the prices on Instacart and the actual store prices are. All this to say, simply beware! This company should be regulated and investigated for fraud,

    I wanted to purchase a product for $4.99 from *********. ***** site indicated there would be no shipping charge if my order was $10 or more. I selected another item to reach the $10 minimum. On both items i indicated no replacement if the item was out of stock. They sent an incorrect item. I asked for a refund. When I saw my credit card activity, they charged me an additional $23.85 in fees. When I called yo dispute the fees they offered a $5 credit on my next order and refused to refund the $23.85. I will never order from them again

    As a shopper I was rejected a reimbursement request where I had to use my own money and was told it can take up to 30 days, today is April 14th and this happened March 12th, over a month ago! #ROBBERYINSTACART#

    I ordered groceries and never received them. I had proof but it was not enough to help them. The company gave me a month membership and I honestly did not ask for it. I just wanted a resolution and it was not resolved.

    I ordered items from ********* that followed all listed limits. The shopper violated those limits by selecting two of the same restricted item. I contacted support to have it corrected instead of helping, the shopper refused to fix the issue, and the agent told me to cancel the order, which wouldve charged me a $15 cancellation fee for their mistake.I requested escalation to a supervisor. The agent ignored the request, canceled my order without my consent, and left me on hold. When I stated I would pursue legal action for breach of terms, they hung up on me.This is a blatant violation of Instacarts own delivery policies, a denial of proper support escalation, and deeply unprofessional behavior. I have full documentation and am filing complaints with the *** and my states attorney general. No one should have to fight this hard to be treated fairly by a service they paid for.********* clearly does not stand behind its policies or customers. Ill be warning others to avoid this company entirely.

    Normally, I dont have an issue with getting reimbursed for an order. The other day I paid out-of-pocket $35 for an order for a customer and only got reimbursed $21.25 and they stated that they would not be able to give me the rest of the money. Way to go Instacart for taking food out of my familys mouth and having me essentially work for free..

    This company doesnt care about the shoppers at all. None of your effort will be rewarded and in the end youll probably just end up kicked off of the platform

    If I could give zero stars I would. There is no customer support number for shoppers so when your money disappears or when ********* decides to transfer it to an account that you have deleted from your Instacart, then theres nobody you can reach out to. You have to talk to customer service via a chat within the app that is useless. It is absolutely useless. You might as well be talking to a very dumb AI. They take no accountability for the mistakes they made, they have no desire to provide customer service to shoppers because if they did, they would have an actual Shopper line that you can call and talk to somebody. They make a deliberately difficult for shoppers to reach out if they have concerns. They transfer your money without your consent. People are putting their vehicles and unsafe driving situations, people are spending hours at the grocery store shopping, people are doing their best to provide the service and when they need assistance, it is reduced to a chat experience within an app. It is inexcusable. This company should not be allowed to operate. The amount of bad reviews for customers and shoppers alike is astounding. One of the worst companies I have ever encountered. They cannot be trusted.

    I completed over 2000 orders as a shopper for Instacart and they do not care about the livelihood of the people who work for them. They dropped me like I was nothing.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. Instacart is a scam. I placed an order and half of my order showed up on my doorstep. The same day I ordered from a different buyer (2) Ciroc 750 ml and she brought me (2) 50 ml bottles. I immediately messaged the buyers and Instacart there was no response for 48 hours. I did a chat and they said the rep ***** fully process my request. I then get an email saying they are not going to refund my money. This was my first time ever using them and I will be letting everyone I know not to use them. The worst part is you cant call its only done over chat. Run away from this company.
