    Talked to a supervisor about my account. Problem wasnt solved and when I stated I didnt understand their explanation I was I have already told you an answer then for quality purposes I am ending the call and hung up.

    I did a mobile upload for my sons social security benefits and these people have literally been making me wait 6/7 days for the money! Still havent received the funds and they will not let me speak with a supervisor

    The Chime credit card caused me to lose over 100 points on my credit score because they marked down my balance with a lay payment status even though i paid off the balance before the 30 day billing cycle.

    I was trying to book a rental for my brother funeral and come to find out it was a scam I called chime to put in a dispute and they gave me the run around for about 2 months they told me that for a fact I will be get my money back they had me me write 2 letter to the dispute department and they said they couldn't get in touch with the people who scammed me they will not help you get your money back chime is a scam all I want is my money back I work hard for my money I provided all the proof that I had and for the fact they kept laughing in my face when I told them I needed that car for my brother funeral was insane to me they wasn't genuine at all and I need my money back

    Chime is full of false advertising. Their robot customer service is terrible and their lives agents are helpless. They will tell people anything just to get off the phone. They don't know anything and even if they do they can't do anything. Problem resolution is non existent.

    I had Chime for awhile with no problems. Loved getting my SSA direct deposit a few days early. I thought there was no problems. Then all of a sudden I received a notice that my account was being closed. I immediately called them asking them why. They wouldn't tell me why. They just said violation of agreement. I never did get an answer as to why it was being closed so I don't know why. They should have at least have been nice enough to tell me why. It was a real big problem getting auto payments changed to new bank within a month. My advice to anyone with Chime make sure to have another bank for direct deposits as a backup if you want to bank with them.

    I had money on card to charge for a pet vet clinic in ******* in February I see negative they tell me vet charged 2x vet did not I disputed well the only charge is what I made vet but there is no second charge on my statement but now its in resolution and wont remove it till 31st if its there fault. So I reported them to all 3 credit bureaus. If you bank with then watch you bank statements and credit statements think cause in a senior Im an easy ***** Boy are they wrong if have to go to local news and report it I will. This Is fraud

    Credit Builder Card doesn't actually help you build credit...it hurts you because they report incorrect information to credit bureaus and will not even speak to you about it!

    I don't have a Chime account, but I've recently started getting welcome emails from them. I called and they confirmed that there is an existing account with my email address - however, they refuse to make any attempts to contact the actual account owner to get it corrected.I spoke to a supervisor who agreed that this is a potential security issue, but stated that he could not do anything unless I provide them with my SSN and birthdate.

    Chime Bank is a *************. Someone charge $720.00 off my Chime Card in CA and I filed a dispute. All of sudden the 5 disputes disappeared totaling $720.00. Chime Bank Representatives comes up with excuses of why it's taking so long for my money to be refunded, such as it was a glitch in the systems. There Representatives would transfer calls to Supervisors and the Supervisors would actually hang up on me. After I get my $720.00 back, I would never do business with them again and I recommend all their customers try and find another bank to do business with. This is not a real bank. I filed a complaint with the **** and I suggest anyone who has this issue to do the same thing.
