    Why on the place they take money if they don't allow to withdraw? This simple question makes it clear that they are shady and thieves. My account was all verified before i deposited my crypto. Then on trying to withdraw, my account was restricted. No help is available on chat if your account is restricted. Their call support has no reason why account is restricted? All they as is wait for next week and then it goes on in a loop and nothing good happens ever.

    DO NOT USE COINBASE! ******************. Took my money in seconds but yet I cant ever seem to be able to withdraw my money and close this account. Instead ********************** withdrew my money again! I have tried many times to get my funds back but coinbase app just makes it very complicated to get your funds returned. I spent and hour with ***** ****** on the chat never provided any solutions. Most likely it just an advanced AI. Do not usee the online chat it is a joke! You are better off filing a complaint with the ***********************. Not the BBB. You can also make a complaint with the *********************. Coinbase seems to have some preditory practices when trying to cashout and close your account. ********************** is most likely a within the legal limits scam! Terrible business

    Impossible to get into the account since they created a new security log-in system. I have now spent one hour trying to navigate their passwords, passcodes, puzzles, time delays, etc. What an extraordinary amount of disrespect for ones customers to introduce a security platform that relies on other platforms such as ****** or *****! I will transfer all assets if I ever get into my account.

    Coinbase will block you out and remove your bank on a big deposit, I put in $10k and they removed my bank as well as, do not do big deposits or you will put yourself in a position to not get it back.THEY DESERVE ***** STARS, They use to be good Now they ARE BEYOND TErrible!!! I have sent $5k and $10k and more and would not have a problem, all of time they waited for this transaction, I put $10k on xrp and when I wanted to withdraw they Took ALL OF MY PROFIT, Just wiped it out! No explanation except they don't have to provide an explanation then put my money on hold until september 3rd and said its a computer, I needed it to purchase a home and go into escrow, they legitimately screwed me out of that and removed my bank who I have banked with over 13 years without explanation!!! Coinbase is no longer a company we can trust, they are now sending emails asking people to write 5 star reviews so they are now getting a bunch of fake one liner 5 star reviews, THOSE ARE ALL FAKE AND asked for, they are not genuine. BE WARNED The fee's hidden and known are going to s**** you out of profit, they blame the miners on your loss, When Coinbase freezes your account, takes your money a month and a half to give it back, and turns around and uses your money to make them money then remove you from being able to work with the bank do not be surprised THIS IS YOUR WARNING, if you deposit more than $9k, they can hold it long term. RUNNN AWAYYYYY; Uphold is better.

    They have locked me out of my account because a payment was not processed into my account. My account has several thousand dollars in it, and it was a $400 payment that did not process. They asked how i wanted to reconcile, from my account balance or from a bank account. I chose bank account (they had no warning the account would continue to be locked until it processes in 3-5 days) I have been talking to them for hours with no help. They even suggested I just borrow money from friends or family to get me though! So even though I have 2650 in the account, I am blocked from ALL of my money. I am so disgusted and sick I could puke. I have spent hours crying on the phone and they can do nothing for me.

    If you are a Canadian user, read this before you put a single dollar into Coinbase. When it's time to withdraw your funds, they will charge you 1% even on an Interac e-Transfer. I cashed out $3000 and they kept $30.The worst part is their customer service lied directly to my face, claiming my bank was the one charging the fee. It's a pathetic attempt to hide their own greedy fees. It feels like an exit scam. You can deposit easily, but they'll charge you a hefty, non-transparent fee to get your money back. There are much better and more honest exchanges in ******. Stay away from this one.

    They have a prepaid style **** card and you can spend your crypto with it like a regular ****... Until they canceled mine and would never give me an answer as to why, so I figured if let everyone know! Reactivate my card please and the review can be updated
