Horrible company. Stay away or you will undoubtedly regret it.

Coinbase is a scam. They took my money said that they dont support the product which they instructed me in making the transaction for.Coinbase is a scam, just run.Spoke with five different live agents today on their chat, and all of them closed out the chat before my issue was resolved, which was basically them instructing me to make a transaction to move money from one ***** to another, which then resulted in me losing that money and then when I asked them where the money went. They tried to help me verify it and said we dont support that product and then basically close the chat right after that. Four hours spent chatting with people that dont care about whether they resolve the issue or not, and when you try and explain the issue to them, they just try and run you around in a circle, and theyre probably laughing in whatever room and whatever country they are with all their friends and yeah, I have nothing good to say about Coinbase I strongly urge anyone that reads this to not use them for anything at all. But thats obvious to see from all the other reviews that are no better than one star.

Coinbase is holding my money hostage! They say they don't need any further action after (again, uploading my driver's license for verification}. It has been more than 3 weeks and 7 phone calls and I get the same stock answer "Please rest assured that our review team is working diligently to review your account and will contact you as soon as more information is available to share". I have threatened legal action and still nothing. I feel like every time I call I'm talking to somebody in ***** who cannot transfer me to a supervisor or manager or anybody in charge! They all say "wait for an email". This is absurd and frustrating. They have no problem taking your money, but you can't access it.

First written complaint of my life...Coinbase is that s***** I am simply trying to withdraw my remaining assets and close my account. I have assets, but I can not cash out, transfer, withdraw, send, buy, nothing. I think their business plan is to take your money after it sits there on hold. When I have reached a real person, they literally hang up on me once I start explaining the situation. Coinbase is like a reoccuring nightmare. Avoid like a plague.

This company does not provide ***************** I used to have an account with this company and they closed it back in 2023 because of lack of utilization. Now I need to reopen it because they will distribute money/ claims from Celsius. I cannot access the account because they already closed it but I cannot use the same email address to create a new account because an account already exist with that email. I have NOT being abled to solve this issue because of the TERRIBLE **************** System they have in place. I tried to retrieve/change password through the same email (which is the only email I have) and the email for change the password never gets to me. I have done all of what they recommend in the troubleshooting but still not solution. This company does not provide good quality costumer service!!! They are really bad.

I'm in a constant KYC loop, I've been using the company for 5 years with no problems. I like them but their compliance staff are extremely disorganized. This process has been going on for over a month and they have been asking me to send documents, like proof of funds after I've already sent them.

This is by far one of the worst companies I've ever used. In the space of two weeks, I have had my account placed on 4 different "holds." The first time because I deposited money. The second was when I logged in from my Mac instead of iPhone. The third was when I made a second deposit. I couldn't use the funds for a WEEK. Now that the week has passed, I sold my bitcoin and attempted to withdraw my cash, well you guessed it. Its on ANOTHER HOLD. It feels at this point that this company is keeping my money hostage! The second time they locked me out, I had to take a selfie, HOLDING a piece of paper with the date and "Coinbase verification" written on it AND holding my license at the same time!!! Talk about a dancing bear!!! Attempting to close my account as soon as I withdraw my funds, this is the absolute worst company. Do NOT attempt to use them to buy/sell crypto, you will never see your money and you'll have to wait 7 days every time you perform a transaction, purchase or withdrawal. Would give -5 if I could!

Don’t invest with this company, there are a lot more secured platforms. Coinbase has too many security flaws, And they will blame you if your wallet crashes or goes to zero. They have a internal hack bypass problem. You and others like me will loose a lot of money, just look on the internet of how many customers are in the same shoes I am

I opened a Coinbase account, and followed all the rules. Linked the bank account via Plaid.com and uploaded the needed Identification documents. Keep in mind that I am new to Crypto and how it is supposed to work. Coinbase seem to be find, then there was an *** Block on my bank account. I called my bank and had the *** removed. I funded the coinbase, and then purchased some Bitcoins. Instead of taking the money for the purchase they took it from my bank account. So there were two withdrawals on my bank account both for the same money. Not a big deal, however when one of the transaction was sent back to my bank account I was advised that my account is restricted from March 12, 2024 to April 02, 2024. THEN today APRIL 02, 2024 I tried to use my Bitcoins and it now show restricted until MAY 28, 2024. I've contacted them via text at least a dozen times and got excuses after excuses and they are working on it. This morning I went on chat again and was told the "Concern Team" is working on it and will get back to me via e-mail. I was also informed that Coinbase decisions are final. So they say they will work with you until it's resolved. I received an email saying my account is available to use buy, trade etc. I tried to use the account to do anything and it shows Restricted until May 28, 2024 They say they are protecting my account. They are pretty much holding my money as hostage. You can only contact them via chat, a many times you have a long wait. My initial bitcoin purchase balance is now losing value and there is not a thing I can do about it, a they are NO HELP. At this point the only thing I want to do is to cash out and close my account. I'm guessing this won't be resolved until MAY 28, 2024 I would NOT recommend conducting any business with COINBASE.com Be patient and wait until MAY 28, 2024 perhaps I can get my funds an CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. They like taking your funds, then restrict the account and you can't do anything about it. I wouldn't give them any STARS!
