    Coinbase Wallet, a subsidiary of Coinbase, is fraudulent. You transfer funds from Coinbase to your wallet, then 'invest' in crypto. However, once you invest you are not able to cash out or swap your 'investments' to something legitimate. They even allow 'investment opportunities' on companies that do not exist and are known to be fraudulent. When you do try to 'cash out' it fails every time and they deduct from your 'ETH' balance which is required to do anything.

    Over 2-3 years ago my coinbase account was randomly banned. I have tried getting unban at the time but they would not give me a reason. 2-3 years later I have called support and again requested to be unbanned for any mistake I may have made I would happily resolve. They still refuse to give me a reason and continue to keep me banned. Within the last few months I have continued my effort to contact coinbase to help me resolve this with no luck. With the expansion of crypto into the US I would like a proper chance and ability to resume using coinbase.Its sad that no proper way to appeal the ban exists. I still don't understand what happened if the account was compromised or if something was caused. At the time I was new to crypto and did not know of much. I would like another chance and to properly speak to someone on such a thing. Please consider allowing me to have a proper chance again.

    They gave no information again. They closed my account because they "believe" something was wrong. I still don't know what was wrong, why it was wrong or what was done. Its been 3 years and they refuse to offer any way to resolve the issue.

    I am rejecting this response because Coinbase has repeatedly failed to provide any specific reason or justification for banning my account. The companys continued refusal to offer even the most basic transparency is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customer accountability.
    This pattern of vague, copy-paste replies not only undermines trust but also raises serious concerns about how Coinbase handles user accounts and due process. I am simply asking for a clear and honest explanation something any responsible company should be willing to provide.
    Until Coinbase offers a legitimate and detailed reason for this action, I will continue to escalate this matter.

    I received a notification from Coinbase stating that my crypto send function is disabled until August 7, 2025, due to concerns about a potentially fraudulent transaction. My transaction was not connected to:Any form of crypto giveaway, scam, or unsolicited offer A third-party investment scheme A payment to a person or organization I dont know I would like to request the immediate re-opening of said feature in my Coinbase account, as this restriction is affecting my time-sensitive asset management needs. It is completely inacceptable that Coinbase makes money on allowing a trade of the *** crypto currency, but then locks up further trading of assets that I own.     I am rejecting this response because:

    1. The claim that the restriction is applied to 'protect customer accounts' is not credible.

         Reason: I have delivered irrefutable proof that the transaction is mine and completed between my personal accounts.

    2. The advice that the restriction is temporary is meant to be assuaging. However, it does cause a financial loss.

    3. Coinbase's claim they are allegedly 'unable to manually override or expedite the lifting of the restriction is particularly troubling.

         Reasons: a. Human beings make decisions about rules, not machines, so Coinbase is in denial of their responsibility.

                         b. What Coinbase has done, could well meet the standards of embezzlement.

                         c. In addition: To offer the option of trading the crypto 'Tao-Bittensor' on their platform, reap a profit from trades, and then block customers from using their acquired      

                              property by alleging 'Tao-Bittensor' maybe - quote - 'a fraudulent person pr platform', is such an egregious case of unacceptable business practice, that Coinbase          

                               must face further consequences for such actions, the likes of which they already do via class-action and individual law suits.

    4. Since Coinbase refuses to reimburse me for the damage they have caused, I demand they reverse the purchase and reimburse me for the full amount including all fees. If Coinbase  

            has any business integrity whatsoever, this is the least they can do.

    5. I categorically reject Coinbases attempt to defend a position that could well be understood as fraudulent, and I demand the immediate lifting of the applied restrictions or complete

              reimbursement.

    In closing:

         Should Coinbase choose to continue blocking me from utilizing my property, then I will reserve my right to consider legal measures, and I may also consider utilizing extensive influence on social media to acquire support in this situation.

    Since May-Presunt, I have been unable to log into my Coinbase account with my Iphone and laptop.I have difficulty reaching a live support.I am stuck in an automated loop from help to customer support.I am not able to unlock my account after providing several times the required document.I am asked to log in with the device that stated the recovery (both iphone and laptop) "we don't recognize this device or browser, please completer account recovery on your previous device or ********** email to notify me of a new device so that I can confirm the new device or browser. No email in my inbox, No email in my spam or junk box.

    I am no longer able to gain access to my account. After significant increase in my investment, suddenly I am locked out, and because I cant sign in, I cannot get assistance by A LIVE AGENT to walk me through account access. I am afraid with me being locked out, someone may be trying to steal my money. I was alerted to suspicious activities with my Coinbase account when it was not me, and I have been trying to notify a live person that it was not me. I hope someone has not gained access to my account and changed my password. My account sat for 3 yrs from 2022 without me able to gain access, I fear that someone may have believed I was dead, and tried to steal it and give it to the state or keep it for themselves. 3yrs ago the amount was about 3K, I have no idea what the amount is now.     Ridiculous holding times, plus they straight up lie about when funds will be available. They dont warn you that once you deposit $, you can trade it (swap it for different types of cryptos), but you can't get your money back out (send it back to your bank or anywhere else that's not Coinbase). They hold funds for EIGHT DAYS before you can access your money. Their email confirming your deposit will state the funds will be available in 7 days, but upon attempting to withdraw them on day 7, theyll still be on hold. Support said they're scheduled to be released at 11:59PM, as if that means its a 7 day hold. No, that's an 8 day hold. Infuriating. People need to access their own money immediately, not EIGHT DAYS LATER. They need to correct their stated hold time, and inform consumers that funds will be inaccessible for eight days BEFORE funds are deposited.

    I supposed to be working for a lady named **** who taught me an opening the coinbase account she want me to do 70 and I told her I couldn't I can only do 50 I'll put the 50 in there and she can't want me to open up more accounts and put more money and I told her I couldn't do it and it's just why I know how much you have in your bank account so that tells me she had hacked already hacked into it so my coinbase account that night was closed was locked due to suspicious activity well I've tried for over a month to get my money out of the account and when I tried to do the ** verification it doesn't let me do it it starts all over and not all of that I can't get anybody on the phone or anything all I want is my money back for them to unlock my account so I can get my money and I'll leave them alone

    I cant access to my account and Ive been trying for more than a moth to have access to it and nothing has happened. Ive tried all the steps that the platform gives me and nothing, they dont have a working phone number and they dont answer any emails either.
