    I'm extremely disappointed with Samsara. I prepaid for 3 years of ELD service at $1399, only to have my business close within 4-5 months due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite the situation, Samsara refused to offer a partial refund out of good faith. It's disheartening to see a company lack understanding and compassion for their customers. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Samsara and consider more affordable and customer-friendly ELD service providers. Run from this company and save your hard-earned money!

    Stay away from them horrible company. Their contract is deceptive on purpose stating yearly renewal but they have on 36 months. When I asked sales representative. She said yearly renewal which it never worked for my business. Then they came up by saying it's 3 years. Be very careful. Do not sign their contract.

    Throughout the duration of our contract, it was one issue after the next. **************** is awful.Still to this day, my card is being charged monthly for a service we do not use. I have made numerous attempts **************** exhausting all options to rectify our account and discuss reimbursement for the funds they are stealing. I have no choice but to seek legal action. I can provide extensive proof of our attempts.
