      On August 3rd, 2023 I purchased six vinyl albums from MerchBar for $159.97 (Order: CONF6703761-9227445). I clearly recall removing additional items from my shopping cart because they were back ordered. I didnt want to wait for the albums, so I only ordered the ones that were in stock and would arrive in 5-7 days via standard shipping).I never received the albums. My order was cancelled and resubmitted at one point (CONF6703761-9614248), without any success. I reached out to MerchBar regularly for status updates and was consistently told there was no shipping date available and blame was frequently put on an unnamed supplier. MerchBar took my money but never had the goods in stock, available for sale. After more than 5 months, there was no progress or explanation

      While we've been actively working to resolve the shipping issue and have already shipped out many pending orders, unfortunately, your order was caught in the backlog. I can confirm that your cancellation and refund request has been processed the same day you submitted it, and you should receive the funds back within **** business days, depending on bank processing.

      I am rejecting this response because: There was no responsibility taken by the business. They did not acknowledge that they sold products they did not have available to sell. They frequently place blame on a supplier or backlog and never took steps to provide accurate information. I would not trust this business with my money again, regardless of the fact they refunded my order (after keeping my money for 5 months without shipping my purchase).

      I purchased three vinyls November 17th, 2023. I waited about two months with no email or anything about my order so I filed a complaint about my order through the merchbar site. They canceled my order with no explanation and I have not received an email nor my refund for my orders.

      2 december ive ordered my vinyl and till this day ive no answer or Updates about it. *** tried to contact them on the 20 december, but no answer. *** asked a refund but they arent answering my mails. Its a total scam and i Hope ill get my money back

      I purchased 4 albums online with Merchbar, *** on September 1, 2023. I reached out to Merchbar, *** in early November to check on my order status, they stated that they the order was cancelled due to "fulfillment issues." On November 13, 2023 I received a refund for $35.88 for one of the albums that they could no longer get and asked if I wanted the remaining albums. I said yes. Thereafter, many emails stated that they could not reinstate the remaining items due to a dispute I filed with PayPal I never filed a complaint through PayPal and never went through PayPal for the orders. I used my credit card on Merchbar's website. They stated that a refund was issued and gave me a confirmation number with PayPal, I checked my PayPal account, and it stated that I had made no purchases or been issued any refunds in the last 180 days. Also, when trying to communicate with *******, ***, I have received numerous emails from **********************, **********, **** A., ************, ***** P., *****, and ******* This is very strange.

      I placed an order almost a month ago online. I was told my order would arrive around December 27th. My order has not shipped yet. When I reached out to customer service I received a reply that they were too busy to help me.

      Transaction Date:Sep 2, 2023 Confirmation Number:CONF7900844-9352535 I placed an order via Merchbar for two products (one vinyl and one CD, both from the same artist). It has been four months since the order was placed and aside from initial order confirmation that was sent when the order wa placed, I have not received any further updates regarding the order. Called the customer support line and was offered no reason or details about the issue. I was simply told that my concern would be forwarded to whomever handles those inquiries. 4 months is beyond the 8-week back order delay that is claimed all over the site. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE CENT OF YOUR MONEY. The purposeful lack of notice to their customers is abusive and feels like outright theft. This company should be handled via class action lawsuit.

      I am rejecting this response because: you failed to notify of any delays outside of the 8-week back order waiting time you have posted. In instances where you are unable to fulfill your service, which you so readily accepted my payment in full for, communication should have been prioritized. It seems that if had not reached out to question the whereabouts of the order, you would have simply just taken my money and left it at that.  Again this feels like outright theft from a company taking advantage of eager music fans, as I am not the only one this has happened to.  You may have canceled the order, but that is only after reaching out via BBB. Moving forward, you will never receive my business and I hope others avoid your terrible business model. Ive talked to other victims About this and its wild how frequently this happens. Ive started to look into what ************** I can use to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else

      On 11/12/2022, I ordered 3 records from this company and they only sent me one. I've emailed them 11/28/23 requesting a refund for the items they failed to deliver and they still have not refunded me. On 10/28/22, I ordered 4 records from this company and they only sent me 3. I've emailed them 11/28/23 requesting a refund for the item they failed to deliver and they still have not refunded me. I've been in communication for OVER A MONTH with merchbar and they say they will refund me but fail to actually do so and continue to give me the run around.

      Im the music artist Zombie Girl and Merchbar had my albums/music releases etc. on this page of their website:**************************************************************** It falsely claimed to be my official merchandise page and stated that I got paid 80% of sales directly. This is also false. They did not have my permission and I was never paid any money.I have proof via emails that I contacted them and after no response, I contacted Spotify where Im verified as the Artist Zombie Girl and they told them to remove my page.Merchbar removed the items but left the page on the merchbar website stating fans to contact them for Zombie Girl merch.I contacted merchbar asking for the 80% of sales from the money they received selling my music items and requested the entire page removed. I received no response and sent the email a few more times and nothing.Id like this fixed.

      I placed an order on 7/29/2023 and was informed that the items were on backorder, and it could take up to 8 weeks to ship. On 9/28/2023, I emailed the company and asked for an update, only to be told that the items were still on backorder. I reached out again on 11/29/2023 for an update. Between 11/29/2023 and 12/11/2023, I received 4 separate emails, each stating that they were working to address my inquiry. On 12/11/2023, I asked for a refund. As of today (12/29/2023), I have received 6 additional emails, each stating that they are still working on my refund. I'm unsure how it took them all of 30 seconds to charge my credit card, but it has taken over 2 1/2 weeks and they have yet to issue a refund.
