      Ordered 11 vinyl records on December 26, 2024. In 33 days the shipped one record. I contacted them about an estimated ship date and they said they could not provide one. I cancelled the order and it has now been 172 days without a refund. Fradulent company! This is a scam! DO NOT BUY!

      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM I placed an order in December 2024, never received my items, tried contacting them several times for months, and never had my issue resolved. I've cancelled the order, sent them my Zelle information (at their request) to process my refund, and they have done nothing to this day. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS

      I purchased an album over a year and a half ago, but still no album. I have tried to cancel the order 3 times, but still no response or any kind of refund. Worst experience ever.

      Same experiences as others: I pre-ordered an album, months went by and every time I checked on it I got the same vague answer they provided to the BBB. I finally asked for my money back almost a year later and they offered me only store credit. I obviously don't want that, so I asked them again to return my money and stated I'd reach out to my bank for help. They replied "We can see that you've initiated a dispute through your payment provider. Please know that we will fully cooperate with the dispute process. Since weve been unable to issue the refund on our end, your payment provider will now handle the review and resolution directly." This was before I'd reached out to my bank, this whole thing is a scam.

      Never shipped my order from Dec 2024. In January I asked for refund. They just canceled the order and never issued a refund. Stole my money and STILL saying they sent it but cannot send me proof (because there is no refund)! Claim they're looking for the refund transaction ID, after 7 months and still can't provide it?!AVOID AT ALL COST!

      I ordered something on sale on 12/12/24 and it stated it was on backorder and would take 1-2 weeks to ship. I didn't mind waiting as it was a gift for my brothers birthday in February. In ************* I receive an email stating that the product was still out of stock in the warehouses and that I could either receive the credit on my account to make a new purchase or a full refund to the card I used. I responded asking for a refund and then received a response a week later stating that they couldnt do anything to help me when they initiated the conversation. I still havent heard anything over six months later after emailing multiple times and probably will never get my money back. You would be better off getting things you need from somewhere else.

      Absolute scam. Ordered and never received, lots of emails stating I would get a refund that never came. **************** person on phone overly nice and every time they seem empathetic and surprised and they will escalate the issue right awaywhich means absolutely nothing.

      Ordered two records at two different times, one I waited two years and it never shipped, and I had to manually reach out for them to cancel. The second I've waited a year for and I'm going to cancel now. This company should be shut down as it's a blatant scam.

      Placed my order in NOV 2024 and never got my items for Christmas. I made sure to only order items that were listed as IN-STOCK. I've emailed countless times and the response is always "We are receiving a high number of emails and requests. We will respond to your concern as soon as possible." I canceled my order in MAR 2025 after finally realizing my items were never coming. I am STILL WAITING ON MY FULL REFUND which was approved but never showed up. Merchbar has been holding my $225.62 hostage since November 2024 and I just want to end this nightmare!Horrible customer service, deceitful business practices, terrible reviews and ratings all over the internet. I should have *********** NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MERCHBAR.
