    I have over 1.2 million dollars in my Trust Wallet account. There is someone @ Trust Wallet that will not release my money because I am considered a new block chain user and I am considered to be at high risk, whatever that means. They are demanding $480,000 to release my funds and remove this "high risk assessment". I know this is a scam and will not send them this money but does anyone have a suggestions? Obviously someone somehow got a hold of my account, thank you.

    I was introduced to this trust wallet and new to the crypto currency field, but had some assistance with it. I deposited ***** dollars and received a couple of bonuses added to my money and had a total of **** . When I tried to get it out I did not realize it was not possible to do so. They charged me ****** to take it out and send it to cashapp,so I could send it to my bank. Then charged by cashapp a fee to receive the ********************************************** it had been transferred to cashapp. But it never showed on my cashapp. I email trust wallet telling them it didnt make it to my cashapp. Then trust ****** sent me another email telling me that cashapp was having som issues that would not allow them to accept the **** , so they tell me cashapp sent the **** back to trust wallet plus the fees of 408 they charged me. They assured me they had the **** plus 408 from fees cashapp charged me , and said now the total was at **** that was going to be transferred to an account of my choice. I gave them my information of my account I wanted it transferred to. Then I got an email from trust wallet informing me I had another fee to pay to transfer the money. That fee was ****** to pay to a wallet of Trust wallets. So I sent them 300 but the fees of cashapp made it ****** . Then they sent me another email telling me I was short but the computer does not accept a **** payment , so I had to use cashapp to send another 100dollarsto finish my second payment to them to release my now ****.00. To summarize this story because not enough room to tell entire story. Had to send them another ****** for a digital certificate to get my money transferred .Started this process with them on Friday November 17***** and still trying to get my transfer of **** now after refunded some of the fees on **************, and still can not get this done always more money needed. Beware of this digital wallet. They are crooks.

    my trustwallet account was hacked, i reached out to your customer care contact but i never got any response,it so unfair that i had to contact INTELALPHA , C0 M, before my funds was recovered.. please get better customer care agent that will respond quickly.
