    Worst company ever first off they do not have great customer service and second they do nothing to recover lost funds they just steal all your assets when you try to fix it. And you have no choice but to spend fees just to be able to withdraw your funds forcing you to have to abandon crypto you already made in the application.

    I owned an NFT and wanted to sell it. Apparently to move MY ASSET onto the exchange to sell it I need to pay a gas fee, one would think that this company would want your money but they don't, they won't let you pay for this. Instead it gives you an option to go through the lengthy process of creating an account for a company that they like ******* and but eth to pay for the gas fee. Or, it let's you send eth from somewhere else to your wallet. I already had a coinbase account so I bought some there. Then I had to wait 7 days before I could send it there. Once I said it there, the price of the gas fee went up. So now I decide to make a ******* account so I don't have to waste more time to get MY ASSET. I make an account and pay for this fee. Now I try to sell it and guess what, ANOTHER GAS FEE, unfortunately I have no money right now which is why I'm trying to sell this and so I cannot pay it. Why can't I just give them money? I think driving people crazy, ******** them over, wasting their time, and collecting their information to sell is more important. Why can't I just use the money that the asset is worth to pay for the fee? No that would make too much sense. And I still haven't even sold it yet, who knows how many more fees there will be and how much more time I will have to wait until I can finally gain control of WHAT I OWN. I hate this company for the extreme incompetence and carelessness and for wasting tons of my time and money.
