              I BUY A LOT PRODUCTS FROM BENEFIT WHILE ON VACATION AT ****** I BOUGHT 2 X GIMME BROW EYEBROW PENCILS AMONGST OTHER BENEFIT PRODUCTS AND BOTH OF THESE ARE FAULTY THE PENCIL ITSELF SNAPS WHEN YOU SHARPEN IT AND IT SEEMS LOOSE INSIDE THESE SEEMS LIKE A MANUFACTURING ERROR BENEFIT REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AS I DO NOT HAVE A RECEIPT HOWEVER THIS IS BECAUSE I WAS ON A ****** VACATION AND HAD A LOT OF RECEIPTS AND BOUGHT LOTS OF ITEMS SO I DONT KNOW WHERE ANY ARE I DO HAVE THE PRODUCTS HOWEVER WHICH CAN BE RETURNED I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BENEFITS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE AS I BUY A LOT FROM THEIR COMPANY

              WORST COMPANY EVER. Benefit threatens its customers who attempt to resell their products that the customer bought legitimately. They are bullies and *****. They need new management because whoever is in charge **********. YOU **** AT YOUR JOB. RESIGN.
