      WORST COMPANY EVER. Benefit threatens its customers who attempt to resell their products that the customer bought legitimately. They are bullies and *****. They need new management because whoever is in charge **********. YOU **** AT YOUR JOB. RESIGN.

      When you go to the website you can clearly see that they do not offer inclusivity with their shades, specifically the jumbo hoola bronzer. When I tried writing a review, they told me they needing to review my review??? How weird is that! I then tried to find other negative reviews and guess what... they wouldn't let me see them even though it clearly had many one-star ratings. Based on my experience and that of others... I won't be shopping with benefit. What a poorly run company with horrible customer service.

      08/06/2022. Benefit Cosmetics Browbar, ***************, ********** **. I told the employee that I wanted to get my eyebrows mapped out with the tweezers, I was super excited to try this new method of eyebrow shaping following a friend's recommendation. She quickly said oh well we dont do eyebrow mapping with Covid anymore. I said it is mentioned as one of the services and should be taken off the list. She said she could do it but in a not-so-happy way. I later asked her again just to confirm she understood what service I wanted to be done in order to avoid wasting not only my time but also my money and she rudely replied in a duhhh kind of way. She then walked to 2 coworkers in a distance and start speaking to them and they all looked at me and were making hand gestures. They were clearly talking c*** about me which made me feel really bad. I got up and told her that if she was going to be rude and mean to me by talking about me behind my back then to just cancel my appointment. I also asked for her name but she just replied Ill get my manager for you. I saw her speaking to her manager to probably try and sweet talk the manager into taking her side to save her a** I explained everything to the manager but she started to defend the employee and claimed that her coworker said that I was the one being rude. I was just trying to get the employee to reiterate what service I wanted and she was annoyed/mad about that. Being talked down or spoken about behind the back is very rude. The manager was unprofessional as well since she just took the side of their employees instead of understanding the customer and their feedback. The manager also claimed that the eyebrow lady had the right to refuse to give me any type of service if she didnt want to. I was able to get the name of the employee (Faith) from the manager. So everyone please be aware of her and stay far away from Faith. She is a very horrible person with an unprofessional attitude, it completely ruined my day.

      I ordered 3 items and one that was sent had expired. I called **************** and they said I needed to return the item and then they would send me a new one. I sent it back ($9 shipping fee at my cost) and they never shipped a new item. Called, emailed, no response. I called again and asked to speak to a manager, said one wasn't available but they would call me back in 24 hours. It has been 5 days, no contact has been made. Horrible customer service and lack of accountability. From a longtime customer, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

      I recently purchased Gimme Brow+ based on a recommendation by byrdie.com. When I opened it, the brow liner was very dry and after only using it twice, was unusable.I reached out to customer care at ********************** and was basically brushed off, being given instructions to take the product back to where i purchased it.Upon further investigation online, it appears others have experienced this same problem. Its a shame Benefit Cosmetics shows no interest in resolving this issue or taking care of their customers.

      Terrible packaging. I purchased a Hot for the Holidays tin. The Hulu inside was a crumbled mess. It got onto the other products. I called and emailed with pictures. No response from customer service other that ' we are reviewing'. You can not return defective merchandise to a store. So you are stuck with the c*** they send.I even tried to write a review on the product. Guess what, they wont let you leave a bad review. Love the products, when they aren't defective but I hate the company.
