    I previously left a complaint (on August 22nd) about my horrible experience with this company. Update, a new "Head Trainer" reached out to ask me how my 90 day plan went. When I emailed them back and told them about my experience (I only completed 30 days of the 90 day plan), and explained in details all of the issues I had, I was completely ghosted. No follow-up from *******************************. My email was sent to him on October 5, 2022, we are now at almost a month since then and I have yet to hear back. Vshred states that they have reached out to try to make things right, where??? The ONLY way you can make things right is by giving me my $2000 back you STOLE from me!!! And so help me, starting today I will repost my reviews every day with a 1 start rating until I get justice and a full refund!!! Why is this taking 2 plus months (Since prior to BBB, I tried to work things out directly with my trainer, his boss, and customer support starting on August 17, 2022) MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!! I will not stop until you guys follow through and provide me with a full refund for no results with your program due to your trainers not following through!!!!
