    Most of all, it is difficult to get in contact with someone. I purchased the item and was not happy with it and wished to return it for a full refund. Emotiv only allows the customer to return the item back within 15 days. ****** from EMOTIV, **** finally emailed me and told me I would have RMA within a couple of days. This has been going on since June 19th and up to this day. I still have received RMA for a full refund. Buyers beware of this scammy company. For a customer review for a star rating would be NONE. It doesn't give me an option.
