      I am getting reoccuring text messages stating my ride is on the way. I have not used lyft nor have a ordered a lyft for anyone else. I am getting these messages often. Obviously someone is using my phone number. Lyft does not provide a way to remedy this situation. I just want this to stop.

      I requested a Lyft and was given a ride by a Lyft driver name ******. The young man was supposed to pick me up at the pickup location, stop at one location and continue to the drop off. He instead dropped me off at the 1st stop without my knowledge as I went inside and drove off with my belongings in the back seat. The Lyft support was able to reach him and he said he would get back to me to schedule a time to return them. You would think after 2 hours had gone by the driver would have called or took a break to return my item to me because of my personal information like social security card title to car and my lease agreement was in the pink folder I left behind but he has not responded to any messages and call are being sent to voicemail. The Lyft support team stated that there was nothing they could do since he is in an individual contract but how does that screams support if a driver is hired at your company and you make them return important missing items to a paying customer. To me that’s saying, “ Well as long as we get paid, who cares if they’ve left an item. Get a new one “? What kind of support is that. It’s not support it’s inconsideration of other people’s feeling time and effort that’s been put into helping their drivers get paid the money they deserve by tipping them when they’ve done a great job and this is the thanks we get ? I do not want a refund I just want my personal items back . Please help

      I rented a car from Lyft for three weeks and returned it a day early. Not only have I not received a refund for the early return, but I was also charged for an additional day ($21.86) and for personal miles ($21) that I did not use. The agents at the rental location refused to issue a refund. Please process a refund of $48.

      I went on the lyft app, I called for a ride and was given a quote of around $12, then on the way home I was then quoted around $18. After I arrived at my location I was charged $57 for the round trip. I was over charged $25.

      I requested a Lyft on March 22nd to the ******** in LA. The driver dropped me off at an unknown location that was clearly not my destination. There was no signage or street name showing ******** anywhere. I showed the driver what I entered in the app and he stated that he dropped me off at the correct location. I had taken **** several times and put in the exact same and was taken to my destination each time. The driver stated that he could not take me to my requested location and I would have to secure another ride. I exited the vehicle in an unknown location and my passenger then secured another ride for us. There was no way to dispute the charge via the Lyft app nor ****** which is how I paid. I should receive a refund of $29.99 which is what I was charged as I was not taken to my location.

      I was charged $80 for allegedly damaging my Lyft drivers car. I did not damage the vehicle and I was falsely accused. They went solely off of images that the Lyft drivers provided of a singular stain in her car. 1. The stain was already in the car when I got into it and she is unable to provide proof that it was me 2.The stain wasn’t even something that should cost $80 to fix it looked like something that could be wiped up. I tried to argue my case but Lyft disabled my messages and logged me out of my account when I tried to.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Lyft Express Drive regarding a breach of contract and service failure.Background:Rental Vehicle Issue: I rented a vehicle through Lyft Express Drive. On [insert date and time, e.g., Monday, March 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM], my rental vehicle became inoperable while waiting at ******** on ************** for Lyfts approval to begin repairs.Lack of Resolution: Since that time, I have repeatedly contacted Lyft support. Despite assurances that my case was escalated, I have not received the necessary approval, leaving my vehicle stuck at the repair shop. I continue to incur rental charges while unable to work.Unfair Pressure: In addition to the delay, I have been pressured to take actions that have ultimately contributed to the prolonged approval process, which is both unfair and unacceptable.Impact:I am suffering significant financial harm due to lost work and continued rental fees for a vehicle I cannot use.This situation has not only breached my rental contract but has also placed me at risk of losing my job.Request for Resolution:I am seeking the following from Lyft Express Drive:1.Immediate approval of the repairs so that my vehicle can be fixed.2.A full refund of all rental fees accrued during the period the vehicle has been inoperable.3.A direct contact with a specialist or supervisor who can resolve this issue promptly.I respectfully request that the BBB investigate this matter, as Lyfts actions (or inactions) have left me with no recourse but to seek external assistance.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

      I was waiting on a Lyft and once again they cancelled the driver and made me wait another 15 minutes

      On 3/31/2025 I opened the Lyft app to reserve a ride. I was offered an option for a ride in 6 minutes or a cheaper ride if I waited 15 minutes. I choose the more expensive option to get my ride sooner. However, Lyft still paired me with a driver that was over 15 minutes away meaning that they charged me extra but did not provide the service that was paid for .

      I redeemed a gift card valued at about $50 onto my Lyft account and has made several attempts to book a ride. I kept receiving the following message Payment method issue Your Lyft Cash account can't be used to pay for rides at the moment. Unfortunately, we don't know when this issue will be resolved.Please add a different credit or debit card to continue with your ride request. & this has been going on for about a week now. Unfortunately Ive been left at ***** ends without any proper resolution(s) made to better assist me with this manner. Mind you this seems to be a recurring issue after conducting some research and my money is now tied up.
