Lyft scheduled our ride sent confirm day befor then today 5 minutes prior to pick up time sent message it was cancelled. Lyft not reliable.

Lyft tried to charge me $64.99 for an 8 minute trip from Harlem to the Sth Bronx at 7am this morning! This isn’t a mistake we checked it and checked it again! I have a screen shot. You CANNOT file a complaint. Absolutely APPALLING! ??????

Lyft has several drivers that will lie about their location then cancel the ride leaving stranded. Adding to that frustration is the fact that Lyft purposefully doesn't have an operable customer service number, and the help section on their app has limited categories. They are willing to collect a person's hard earned money, but will not try to facilitate any real assistance. I have been late many times due to this driving services shenanigans. It is unacceptable. BBB may just want to review any stamp of approval for this company, it certainly doesn't speak well for their certification process if companies like this can lie, cheat and customer blame, while being BBB certified.

I have asked for assistance about a completed background check and approval about driving 7 times and their app isn't saying the same. I have asked to speak to supervisors and have been told that I will receive an email and never do.

Simply dont use LYFT! We scheduled a pickup for a ride to the airport a week before our ride and they never showed up. Left us scrambling and had to pay to park at airport. DONT USE THIS terrible company No contact, no explanation, no way to contact them to make a complaint without paying them a dollar. This company is a scam run dont walk from them and dont schedule a ride.

My driver tonight was terrible no mask wanting me to tell him the full directions all the way to my house, as I cannot do this I do not have a loud enough voice as I have a tracheostomy. Also didn’t know how to drive stopped choice whenever he stopped I want a full refund on my card and all I got was a lousy $5 credit this is not acceptable I want a refund

The Lyft Direct pay has not been working. So the Drivers cannot recieve the fare after every ride given, inorder to pay for gas etc. Everyday. You are forced to wait until Tues. For a payout. Lyft says they are working to correct the issue but nothing is being done.

I am a faithful lyft and Uber rider due to the pandemic and for the last three months lyft has been price gouging my ride that usually only cost 14 to 18 dollars is now starting out at 46 dollars this is crazy. I understand sometimes rides are in high demand but not all day. I checked the price at midnight just to see if it changed and it only went down 2 dollars and it’s not only a problem in my area my sister lives out of state and is having the same issues. Something needs to be done

Im disgusted with them right now. I was just charged 32$ for a ride thats usually 21$ but thats not the worst part!! My poor driver was only given 13$ for my ride!!!!! Thats highway robbery!!! Why on earth should lyft make 20$ off the ride?!?! Thats them taking over 60% an the driver making 30%. An then the driver pays gas wear an tear on there car ect. No wonder Lyft has no drivers right now!! Something needs to be done about this! There screwing over the driver and the customer!!! Shame on you Lyft!!

Lyft does not honor scheduled rides. If they cannot deliver this service, they should not offer it to customers. Today my bag didn’t make it onto my flight because I scheduled a ride the night before for 5:30am, and the ride cancelled. I then waited 30 minutes for another ride that was quoted as supposed to arrive in 11min. Some of us don’t have someone they can ask to drive us to the airport at odd hours, and we depend on Lyft’s service to get us there.
