      Lyft never respects its driver...a passenger vomit on my car as a Lyft driver..I sent them pictures of the vomit on my car and they never got back to me...I never had this problem compared to ****...I commend Uber for treating their drivers better than Lyft.....Lyft treat their drivers like c***

      Overcharged almost double what I was quoted at time of ordering the car. Submitted an online ticket to correct the situation. CSR acknowledged what I was originally quoted and said I was correctly charged despite that not being the case. I showed him the receipt. He said he can't help me. 13 e-mails back and forth and needed to do a credit card dispute.

      Ordered my husband a pickup paid $14.95 extra couple dollars for sooner pick up. I paid and said driver was 2 minutes away. Told my husband to look out. Not hearing nothing I went back to app while talking to my husband said driver not there, in the app now I'd telling me 11min away, 13 mins away. What??? The driver was driving AWAY from us WTH?? told my husband I'll just go get him. Trying to cancel ride but app sending me problems.Get home and about 5 min later driver calls my husband tells him my wife already picked us up time of pickup was not acceptable and told him to refund $. Going back into LYFT APP I dispute a charge and tells me credit $4.95. They didn't find that time of pick was wrong and driver "PICKED AND DROPPED ME OFF"??False and would like this proved cameras gps... I can prove my wife picked me up I have video recording from the City of ************* care people seems like scam drivers pretending to pick you up and pocketing money!! I know I'll never get my $14.95 I know after this I'll use a different provider.

      Lyft is misinforming the general public by trying to make them believe that it pays its drivers 70% of the fare paid by its passengers.

      Lyft is the absolute worst taxi service ever. If I could give negative stars, I would. One driver in particular I would like to file a complaint on. His name is *****, drives a White ***** Jeep Cherokee, ** license plate *******. I booked a ******************** at ****** from *******, ** to ******** **. Two drivers before ***** cancelled. ***** arrived at 7:25AM at where I was (Right outside 7-Eleven in ******* **.) As I was getting in ******* car, I said "good morning, I am *****", he said "I have the 'wrong' pick-up. I thought it was local. I have a doctor's ************* Mind you, he came where I was waiting. I am sure Lyft has the ride details on their end. I was going to ******** **. for work. Do drivers read be ride description before accepting the ride AND coming where the passenger is to be picked up??? Because of this UNACCEPTABLE, POOR SERVICE I received this morning, I am late for work. I would like to be compensated by two free **************** rides, with NO cancellations. I think that's very fair considering the atrocious service I received this morning. I hope a resolution can be made promptly. Thank you for your time.

      Hidden charges on the app after the transaction is over. The wait fees are added later, even when the driver does not come to the address you requested and you have to hike to get to the Lyft car. They then charge you the wait fee because youre walking to them and its apparently an inconvenience for the driver! I say its an inconvenience to have the customer pay extra for lazy drivers!!!!One star only because the review requires one to submit!

      I've been taking Lyft on a regular basis for over a year. I took a Lyft for a business appointment and was charged a "normal rate" of a little over $16 on a Saturday afternoon. Less than 20 minutes later when I requested a return ride the prices displaying on my phone were $48plus!!! I thought something was wrong with my phone. I turned it off and went back to Lyft and the same prices were showing. What kind of business practice is this? Thankfully I was able to contact a local independent driver. When I got home to file a complaint, my request did not fit any of the "pre-arranged narratives" on their website and there was no one to call. I can't believe a company that size doesn't have a "live customer service" ***** or a general email like the one I'm using now. I'll be rethinking my use of this service FOR REAL!

      I don't use lyft very often. I need a ride to pick up my vehicle at the garage. It's been years since I used Lyft. So I had to update my account. without me knowing it. They turn on the auto pay. So two days later I would charge again for my ride .I tried to be nice.to get my refund. But to no prevail. They told me , too bad and they don't do refunds. I've never heard that from a company that wants to stay in business. Like the dodo bird. Lyft will be gone because of their corporate greed.
