    I used CabinetNow for the first time to order a custom cabinet panel for my new panel-ready dishwasher. The CabinetNow website was extremely easy to use and the variety of product selection was very detailed. I was able to accurately and easily enter my product dimensions and choice of materials and finish. The panel shipped quickly and it fits perfectly. My overall experience was pleasant and easy and I would recommend CabinetNow to anyone needing a product or service from them.

    Horrible experience and even worse resolution when I brought the issue to their attention. Would not even rate this company with 1 star! Spent $205 on 4 drawer fronts. Nowhere did it indicate you could only PAINT these. So we stained them with a ******************************* color matched stain, to match the rest of our kitchen cabinets. Used the stain, and all 4 fronts looked totally different from each other. One had really dark splotches ALL over it, and was a total failure. None of the 4 matched each other. We took them back to ******************************* and they said they had never seen anything like it and could not understand what happened - other than the wood used should not be something you stain apparently due to the inconsistency of the material. We even used a pre-stain coat first that was to eliminate inconsistencies. I even tried the stain on the back of one of the boards to make sure it was what we wanted. It was good - but when I did the front of that same board (same method), it did not match the back. When I reached out to Cabinet Now with my issue and pictures all they said was: "I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your stain. Unfortunately, the outcome of the stain will depend on many factors, such as the quality of the stain and the application process. As the products you ordered did not come with a defect, we will not be able to provide you with a no cost remake."They failed to mention another factor - aka the type wood they used. I refinish furniture all the time and never run into this issue with such a vast difference from one end of a board to another. SO buyer beware.

    Ive ordered from Cabinetsnow several times on my home improvement projects and have always been happy with the service they provide. All products come carefully packaged with no damage and quick delivery! All measurements were right on the money and the unfinished door fronts, drawers and drawer fronts where ready to be finished with no further sanding other than between clear coats. They do nice work and I will continue to use them for all my future projects!

    I ordered several drawer fronts, cabinet doors and a cabinet with three drawers. I am a woodworker, but didn't have time to make these items. I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and everything arrived in great shape. I ordered a cabinet to be made of red oak, but failed to notice that only the front of the cabinet was made of red oak. I was my fault as I had assumed that all parts were going to be made of red oak, but it would have been nice if the description was a little clearer. All dimensions were spot on.
