  It was an easy order. Just two replacement cabinet doors. Placed order online, never spoke with humans. Product arrived and all was perfect. But now 3rd phone call to check my customer service experience is excessive and request to do this review.

  Terrible experience so far. Once you order and the order goes to production, they cannot intercept it even on the same day you get the confirmation. Then I wanted to add more cabinets, and they wouldn't add it to the same shipment even thought I wanted more of the same... so they require payment for two separate shipment-orders even if you beg for them to send them together. Finally, I was so tired I suggested they simply keep or donate the product and they said they couldn't do that! I think it is because it appears that they outsource to a different customer care company and it is 100% cookie cutter... It seems that they are looking at a manual to give you the answers. Much for ordering something customized!

  I ordered over $4000 in 2 custom cabinets. They arrived on 9/21/22 incomplete with missing parts. Since 9/22 I have tried to get the missing slider parts for drawer and missing decorative rope trim. Since around 9/26 I became very frustrated because no one had confirmed the missing parts were on their way. Was told all parts would be delivered by 10/7/22. That didn't happen.On 10/12/22 the WRONG parts were sent to my home; I had waited since 9/22 for the missing parts. Since around 9/26 I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager; repeatedly I was there "we do NOT have a manager". Since around 9/26 I repeatedly asked them to lower the price on cabinets that were delivered incomplete. Thereafter, I spent over 5 hours calling and emailing trying to get the parts. I explained my contractor was going to ADD a new charge to return to finish the cabinet install. Thanksgiving approaches.As of 10/13/22 this company has NOT given me all the missing parts. They sent the wrong part, denied having a manager, refused to give me the manager's name & email, & refused to give ANY discount on this order that was delivered on 9/21/22. I eventually disputed the charge. Around 9/28/22 I asked for manager contact me; on 10/13/22 *** called angry. He was offensive. He threatened to *** me. He never offered an apology!SIX times i have asked for ***'s direct phone number. SIX times he has refused to give his number to me.As of 10/26/22 I still do NOT have all the parts needed to complete the installation even though the cabinets arrived OVER A MONTH AGO! Moreover, the actual cabinets do not match the design diagram. The most positive part of dealing with this company was dealing directly with ***** on the design. He was very customer oriented and helpful.

  So glad I found you! Due to a change to a smaller wall oven, we wound up with space to fill and wanted to turn that space into a drawer. The design on our 23 year old factory built cabinets could not be matched due to the unique routing. That company is also out of business. Lo and behold, I found an almost exact match online in your Corpus ****** ***************** design. I ordered a color chart from you and determined the color and finish that matched. I then ordered the custom size, which arrived a couple of weeks later. It works perfectly and looks like all the rest of our kitchen cabinetry. Every step, from your website and help in measuring, to ordering and delivery couldn't have been better! I have recommended ********** to a number of friends and neighbors.

  I ordered a cabinet door to replace a damaged one. It was an exact match. I asked someone which door had been replaced and they could not tell. I've never done this before and your website and team made it very easy. Prices are awesome too!
