    I am a freelancer based in ************. On Sept 16, 18, and 19, I received emails confirming I would be paid $25 per referral for 3 completed referrals (total $75). The following Monday my account was deactivated. I emailed support asking about my money but received no response. After a final notice email ,I got an automated reply saying they cannot reinstate my account which I never requested. Since then my payment has been ignored. I have screenshots of confirmation emails, proof of referrals, support emails and previous payments received from Alignerr. I request immediate payment of $75.

    I have been working on Alignerr for the last 3 months or more and have been performing well, as evidenced by the ratings on the platform. I did multiple projects, received timely payments, and customer support for ******************** was ********, suddenly, after working for around 35 hours on one of the projects, "Community Alignment Hindi - *****," the platform removed me without mentioning any reason for it. Their excuse - Guidelines violations. I have been performing with all the guidelines in my mind to avoid being removed, just like many other people. The project was to handle AI training while writing prompts in Hindi and then rating the responses by the 4 different AI models. The *** was stated to be 5-7.5 minutes, but the entire community of workers mentioned that the *** is not sufficient and needs to be reconsidered, and Alignerr kind of agreed on it. The practical *** was from ***** minutes per turn, and I maintained that, and did not use any AI tool or anything that could violate the **************, the platform holds my $525 that I have worked for a week (about 35 hours) and provides no valid reason for the ban.I need a solid resolution to the issue and the money that I owe.

    I worked on a contracted project with this company during the week of August 25, 2025 to August 31, 2025. My pay rate was set at $25 per hour. I worked for eight hours and twenty seven minutes during this week. On the following week, I never received payment to my ****** account as I have previous weeks. I went on a trip the next week, so when I returned I submitted a support ticket to notify them of the missing payment. I have attached screenshots of the support chat thread with the dates of communication. Earlier today, I requested an update to the issue and this evening I received an email that my account has been deactivated with no recourse and no reasoning. When attempting to access my account, the support window states "any pending payments will be withheld due to activities identified as being against the Alignerr Guidelines". I have NOT violated any guidelines. The only thing I have done since working a week for free has been asking for my missing payment.Additionally, after researching for any answers or help, I have discovered MANY other people just like me who, within the past two weeks, have been deactivated and payments withheld.

    Running false ** ********* with predatory 150/hr rates offered. They hire in mass churn and burn working class. Stealing money in wages and hour theft in mass. Class Action level behavior. See Reddit, X, and other social media. Same behavior as outlier.
