            On 10.11.2023 I made a claim with American Airlines (Complaint ID: ********* regarding two damaged pieces of luggage. This took place on Saturday 7 October 2023 as I flew from *** to *** to ****** Philippines. One of my bags had a missing handle. The other one had items inside damaged that spilled on the bottom of the bag. The bag is still stained to this day. I have not been contacted by any of the members of American Airlines (or its partner Philippine Airlines regarding this incident).After the complained was filed with the BBB, I was informed that Philippine Airlines would be responsible for the damages of the luggage.

            I have a flight from ****** to ***. I called Philippine airline customer twice and was on hold for 40 minutes and then disconnected. No call back from them. My issue was me and my husband and kids (3 minors) were put on a different seats. I called them ask for help about my issue. The 1st agent (******) asking me to pay 600$ to be able to seat with my kids. 125$ per seat. After waiting for 40 minutes, call Got disconnected and no call back. I called again and spoke to supervisor this time and was on hold for another 40 minutes. Per manager, they are having a meeting about my concern. Call Got disconnected and waited for them to call back and no call back from them. I will try to call them again for the 3rd time.
