This company was used to sign modification documents for a mortgage. They never sent the documents to the correct place. The bank never received them. Because of this, my house was put into foreclosure and my credit is destroyed.Initial Complaint

I was contacted by Coast 2 Coast to complete 2 assignments. I completed both assignments. In fact on of the assignments I have to visit the customer twice, because of problems with the customer. That was July 28, 2023. Since then Coast 2 Coast has not paid me for both assignments. I am demanding payment. Their behavior is very unprofessional. They are very demanding to work for, they ********* and they you can not get paid and it is almost 2 months later. They do not need to be in business engaging the services of people if they have no intention of paying them.Business Response

Coast2Coast has not paid me for signing services rendered through Notary Dash.I sent email requesting payment for overdue unpaid services. I still have not received payment.I completed signing services on 06/15/2023 at 9:00 AM, order # ****** It is 07/26/2023 10:22PM as of this typed line.I am quite certain that First American Title has already paid the signing service, C2C. This is not about C2C but rather against NOTARY DASH.....C2C pays and has resolved issues re pay satisfactorily but there are pmt issues with NOTARY DASH associated company. I accepted a notary signing with this company and truly regret it. I completed the signing back in March 2023 and to date I have not received payment. I have called multiple times and all they offer is to send an email to accounting and they would call back in 24 hours which I have not heard from anyone. Now I call and they dont answer the phone. The policy states the payment are automatic and they are not. I truly believe this company is a sham and they are scamming honest notaries out of their resources and time. I will never accept another signing from this company and I plan to file a lawsuit for false statements.Business Response

I was contacted after I became a signing agent from notary Dash Prestige notaries and I accepted my first order March 24th and had to call the signer to set up appointment which I did or March 27th of 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at his home went to his home done the signing collected all the documents shipped overnighted completed assigned signing signers fee was $90 and sent invoice to accounting email as instructed and received a reply that they received invoice for processing and then I emailed the accounting department again Ask it for an ETA of payment no response called left messages voicemails still no response still no payment this it to me is not good business as a business woman that I am and I just want my payment for this transaction I did the work and the travel and deserve to be paid as promised through notary **** AKA Prestige notaries I reached out to ******* which is who contacted me regarding this issue via text first no response I called her as she was the agent from notary Dash the assigned this order to me. She did not answer I left a voicemail and now today on April 17th I tried to call her again and also to send a text message to find out that that phone number is no longer in service or has been changed I think I've been scammed by this company and it's very heartbreaking that you would do this to such nice people as myself. So if you would be so kind to reach out to me to take care of this matter would be greatly appreciated as I would love to continue to do business but I cannot this is the outcome.
