      Absolutely terrible. My husband has now had 2 doctors no-show for his telehealth appointment (we were sent by the VA for his PTSD exam). The people we spoke with were all nice and you could tell they were used to dealing with angry veterans, but theres little the operator can do besides reschedule, offer IT support, etc. For his THIRD appointment, apparently the provider was logged in but couldnt see my husband on the other end. It was only then that he was informed that he had to use his phone, not the desktop/laptop, but that didnt work either and isnt even true (per their website, the device needs to have a camera, a microphone, and internet access - nothing about having to use a phone). Their portal/technology *****, but thats a whole other complaint. Absolutely ridiculous. He now has a fourth appointment scheduled for next week. It is extremely hard for him to get himself in the right headspace for mental health appointments, and we have now had to gear up for 3 different appointments, just to be let down and frustrated. Im sure the poor people who have to answer the phone with angry veterans on the other end would appreciate it if Leidos got their c*** together.

      I would provide no stars if I could, but I am echoing the Mr. ****** comments about my husband's PTSD exam...."Get out of the military and it will be alright," was how he suggested my husbands problems would start to be alleviated. Or even better, telling him to get a masters degree to help you out and decrease your anxiety. No social/quality relationship inquiry or leisure and ZERO suicide inquiries! Are you serious? Is this a way for the ** to save money and hire someone who has a "history" of not being able to be employed elsewhere. Always, always research who the heck is examining you and their background! This is so disgusting, and I am contemplating reaching out to our local representatives. NO veteran should ever be skipped over improperly in a PTSD exam and not follow the formal VA examination. I knew something was off if QTC is now doing PTSD exams and not done in a professional psychiatry manner. And for any PTSD examiner to tell someone directly it will be fine should be fired! And this is coming from a 24-year mil-to-mil veteran spouse who has deployed just as much with three kids at opposite times. This is probably why our WW, *******, and Gulf War veterans are in such a bad place after they leaveall to save a few bucks. And one final note, I had to force, and I mean force, my brother-in-law to file for PTSD after two tours in **** 20 YEARS LATER! This is garbage!******************************************************

      I was scheduled to go there for a ***** exam for a VA disability claim (VA contracts with QTC for these). They called me within a week of filing my claim and gave me several appointment options. I was also scheduled for an x-ray, which was conveniently located in the same office.Everyone from the front staff to the C&P examiner and x-ray technician were extremely personable and kind. Definitely what one would hope being a veteran and receiving services. The overall process was efficient, met expectations as to what was entailed for this type of endeavor.I'm glad I was scheduled here and hope that any future appointments are at the same place.

      I went to QTC and have seen ****** ********** twice. She is very professional, asks relevant questions and reviews all pertinent information in your file. I have not had a bad experience going to their office.

      I wish I could give QTC a lower score! I went to this company for my VA C&P Exam and the doctor rushed me, used his personal phone during my exam, and refused to look at the relevant medical records I brought in. He kept saying "I don't need that". My rating was lowered 30% and other conditions were deferred due to the doctor not completely the exam appropriately and incomplete information. If the ** schedules you with them PLEASE REQUEST A NEW COMPANY!

      Oh where to start the people on the phone are nice enough but this is the most useless service imaginable and im willing to take a counseling over them at my unit because im done fooling with them. First the numerous calls just to schedule one appointment is enough to put anyone in a bad mood. They dont properly update medpros even if you call multiple times. Did not update my hearing but did my vision and pha. All 3 done on same day with same doc at same time. Make it make sense. So im red on hearing and now they are refusing to correct it because im due for hearing again. My appointment results NEED to be uploaded to medpros. You dont get to just decide NOT to do your job because im up for another appointment. Next i paid and tricare paid for my flu and HIV at the same doctor, they accept the flu but not HIV. Its good enough for tricare to pay but not for QTC to take the results? Their solution? Drive 4 hours round trip (unpaid mind you because ******** never pays us) for a blood draw at one of those pop in urgent care places (more reputable than my family doc apparently). Never mind that the same chain urgent care is in my city. It has to be the one 2 hours away. Or i can go to an active duty base which then becomes their problem for updating my medpros. So whats the point of this company? Give it back to the army to handle. Oh and stop calling. If i request online it can be scheduled online. No one has time for your dozen of phone calls and verifying 10 pieces of info just for you to schedule us with the least qualified medical personnel around.

      I cant understand why the provider treated me like I was ********** healthcare provider,She was extremely rude.She was very impatient,poor communication.She rushed through the examination.Terrible service.Thats crazy.Throughout the examination,I kept asking myself why I even join the service.

      It has been 3 months since trying to get any appointments scheduled with Leidos QTC. They are very unorganized and not helpful. At first, everything was fine and appointments were scheduled. Then, all of the doctor's offices closed due to inclement weather, and since then the rescheduling process has been a nightmare. They scheduled me appointments in cities that are hours away from where I live in the same day, and mailed me a sleep study to do on my own, I sent it back to them, and now they're saying "it didn't work". They've scheduled me for appointments without notifying me and then said I was a "no show". I've asked to speak with a manager several times and they transfer my call, then it drops, and I never get a call back. TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR VETERANS WHO SERVED OUR COUNTRY. THIS IS HOW WE ARE TREATED.

      ******** office. Be aware of the male PA. He will not examine you then will not review records. Less than pleasant experience. QTC still has not responded to my complaint. Be prepared to lose sleep about how bad it is.
