I started the process last night to get the program. After I input my card details it directed me to schedule a time with a physician but there werent any times a available in the near future or at all. So I then tried to cancel but the website said I had to call a number to cancel. Since it was already processing through my account I couldnt even cancel through my bank. So I called after the money had been taken to cancel and the representative told me that I had to schedule with a physician first or I would only be able to receive $80 of the $140 that I was charged. He sent me a new link and then it said that I had to purchase medication first before anything else. He told me that the information was on the website but it was not. I read the entire thing and it did not state that I could not receive a refund in the event of no available appointments or before or after a certain action was taken. I would like a full refund in its entirety due to false advertising and luring people in and taking my money.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this company misunderstanding what i was paying for i agreed thinking i was going to ge meals delivered . And than when i explained my error they have no forgiveness and they will not refund my account . People make mistakes and they will not work with me. Complete scam, and this company just ***** nilly takes your money once they have your credit card information.I looked for fat burning regiments, I came across a company that sells a prescribed shot. The first step was to answer questions and set up an appointment with a doctor, but before you set up the appointment you needed your card information. The appointment is to determine if you are eligible for the shot. 1. I set up an appointment, the appointment never happened 2. This company tried taking money for the prescription 8 times without the doctor saying ok to receive the shot.3. the company sent me a link to set up an app, I thought it was for the appointment. No it links your credit card information and auto enrolls you in a subscription. (monthly)4. I have not received one thing from this company and I am getting charged a subscription and never refunded me the money for the appointment after the appointment never took place.I am a single parent of three children and this is just disgusting that they can just keep charging for absolutely nothing.Initial Complaint

On or around October 14 2023 I saw an ad on face book to receive a product from G-Plan. I clicked on the ad and was asked to put my credit card information in. I did so with my shipping address so on and so forth. Once I submitted my credit card information I was brought to another screen where I was told the original payment was for a doctors appointment and that I should pay in advance for the original product advertised. I then tried to back out as this was not what I originally intended to pay. I was never asked if I would like to proceed with original payment it was just automatically charged to my card. I then tried to contact them which was not successful. I tried despairing through my credit card and was told I should try and speak to the company which I have. I have been told that they dont do refunds and that they can offer me a discounted plan and be refunded $87. I have repeatedly told them it is clear bait and switch with no resolution just and offer of a discounted plan.Initial Complaint

A great presentation but follow up is dire. You pay the bill, see the doctor, get your labs done then nothing. Disappointing.Initial Complaint

I never signed up for this Pro plan that they stated that I did. I called 10/26/2023 and only got an automated message. I never used any of these services G-Plans offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for their Pro plan monthly subscription. I tried cancelling my subscription on their website but it is a completely horrendous experience where they do not let you cancel without getting on call with a customer service agent WHO DOESN'T EXIST. I sent them recurring emails to cancel my subscription but got no response. I did get an automated response that they'll get back to me. Then I received an update that I had been moved to the free plan but on checking the website, my subscription was still active. I used their chat and asked for my subscription to be cancelled, they said they had cancelled it and guess what? IT IS STILL ACTIVE! I am infuriated by this absolutely horrible swindling of innocent people. DO NOT TRY THIS. It is a complete scam and I cannot believe that this business hasn't been closed down already and that the owner is not behind bars.Initial Complaint

I signed up for the 30 day plan with G-Plans. Within the first week I struggled so much with the app that I knew I would not be continuing with the plan. I then reached out to try to cancel the plan and was ignored at least three times. Then today when I finally decided to sit on the chat bot for over an hour I got someone to answer me. Basically they said that even though I signed up for the 30 day plan the way their site is set up there is no way for me to not approve to sign up for the annual plan through the fine print, so Im screwed and they wont give me a refund. When a person signs up for 30 days they should not be hoodwinked into signing up for an entire year. Thats just a false way of doing business. I cannot believe they can get away with doing things this way. 10/3/23 I was charged $39 and also $111.99 I reached out on the 10/12/23 saying that I wanted to cancel my membership and get a refund. 10/26/23 I reached out again inquiring about my refund since my account was cancelled and was told that there is no way to sign up for the 30 day plan if I don't also sign up for the annual plan through the website. So they basically are hoodwinking people into signing up for the annual plan so that they can not refund them when they decide the plan is not for them. I also had horrible issues with the app working on my phone that it just was not going to be possible for me to use.
