Recently I have subscribed to G-Plans for *********** and they offered a free week of meal plans which I subscribed for just the first week with plans to cancel after the first week since it was free, when canceling the application had an error saying I could not cancel and if I wanted to cancel it would cost $59.00 since small print said I signed up for 4 weeks totaling $240.00 even though it was posted as a free trial just shipping was paid. This seems like a large scam and in my opinion is extremely unprofessional for a company to hide details like that.Business Response

I signed up with ***** to get weight loss medications I was told there would be a $495 fee for the doctor and that the cost per month was $200. I was subsequently charged $495 in February and again in July for &495. I did not use this service since February. I am asking a refund for the February and July. I was not told I would be charged every 5 months. I have no emails about them charging me every five months. I did not sign anywhere to be charged $495. This is very unethical.Business Response

I never authorized these charges, nor did I ever use the service. G-Plans billing practices are deceptive and misleading. While they may claim I signed up, I only entered my credit card information to view plan options and consider the servicenot to enroll in a paid subscription. I canceled within minutes of entering my information, but my account was never properly canceled. Despite this, they continued billing me monthly without my knowledge or consent. I did not discover the ongoing charges until nearly 10 months later.Since realizing this, I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with G-Plans. Every time I call, Im told my case is being escalated and that someone will follow up within 24 to ************************************** backno phone calls, no emails. I have reached out on several occasions over the last few weeks, but I have never been able to speak with a representative who can actually assist me. I had a subscription to g-plans. Included in my subscription was bloodwork. I went to the lab and had them done. I am now getting collection notices from ******* for the bloodwork that I was required to get for g-plans. I have contacted g-plans several times regarding this issue as well as sent them the pictures of the notices per their request. I have been told that it is escalated and I should hear back within ***** hours. I was also told this 3 months ago! I want this paid as per my subscription that I signed up and paid for. They also told me to contact labcorp and tell them that I was a g-plan subscriber. I called labcorp and was told that g-plans needed to call them and not me. I ended my subscription with all payments made to my subscription. After ending my subscription I was charged $500. I contacted them asking for the money back and have been given the run around. In my subscription it had bloodwork INCLUDED and I am now getting collection calls from the hospital for the bloodwork in the amount of $275. So I am now out $775 from this company. I want my $500 refunded back to me as my subscription was ended but they still stole this money from me. On 6.14.2025 I began looking for an online source for weight loss medicine that was less expensive as ******** does not cover it. I need to lose weight. I found G-Plan online advertising weight loss medicine for $99/month. I proceeded through the questionnaire as I understood the medicine would be semiglutide. When I got to the end of the subscription form there was an additional charge of $229 to receive the semiglutide medicine. I did not complete the subscription and closed out of the website. However, Since I did enter my credit card information when I was under the impression that I would be receiving semiglutide, G-Plan charged me $642.64 for filling out the form. I reiterate that I didn't submit the form. I immediately contacted G-Plan customer support through their chat line. I requested a full refund. After 30 plus minutes of chatting with a representative I was given a partial refund of $ ******. I didn't use any services and immediately contacted them but they refused to cancel my subscription, and refund my money. It seems like a bait and switch advertisement to me. Can you help me get the charge refunded? I cannot afford the loss of the $ i thought was for the drugs themselves.Initial Complaint
