    When you enroll into this program, their system does not allow you to speak to a representative about it. You have to work with a chat system that does not provide room for answers/questions not programmed. I was enrolling for the $229 program but was upgraded to the $625/month level. I tried contacting them via email, phone and chat box. The disconnect on the phone every time after waiting 20 mins for a representative. The emails went unanswered until finally a response was sent from ****** who said there is no way to change it. I am good with navigating websites but this one is challenging to say the least. Their programs fees are misleading and deceptive because they are not outlined and explained in terms that were easy to see. This is not buyers remorse but shock that they upgraded me to something I didnt want. When I noticed they were including meal plans, I paused them. I sent emails asking to cancel this bc I never opted for meal plans. The system automatically sends meal plans even tho I had paused/canceled them. I repeatedly tried to find a resolution but this company has a wall between the consumer and their help desk. Now they are saying I must pay $625 for 4 months for a service I didnt choose. I would never have chosen this company if I had know the true price. I previously paid $389/month; I certainly wouldnt go higher. I want them to cancel my account immediately.

    I started G plans November 28th it is now December 6th I can never get ahold of somebody via phone . I still have not received my first dose of meds and every time I call nobody ever answers. I want my money back as I used the app solely for tracking purposes with ex of doctors first visit . Again I never received my medication from this company and with horrible customer service I do not feel supported and ok with proceeding further.

    I signed up for this program on 11/29/2023. I was suppose to have a virtual visit with a licensed doctor and *************************, then have my medication prescribed. I never received any service from the ******* ************************* or received my medication. This company charged me $129 + $229 and only wants to refund $87 on my money back knowing I haven't received anything I paid for. I have all emails and bank transactions attached.

    Trying to lose weight through prescription service. Appointments werent ever picked up until my FOURTH try. Then I was told I had to wait for two more weeks. Then they charge me again for a refill. I never even received my first medication. I am out over $700 for nothing. No treatment, and I cant get a human to respond. I am on hold and its at 17 minutes. Its been like this for a week now. No one to help me.

    After numerous attempts to find out how to reach customer service about my medications and appointments. They dont answer the calls or emails. I have no idea where my medications are. They dont follow up. I am being charged $299 with no response from the company. I need answers.

    This website refuses to allow me to cancel and refund my account. I have tried talking to customer service, cancel my account in the dashboard, and tried calling with no answer after an hour of holding.

    I have had consistent issues with this service app for health and weight loss. The biggest issue is that I have been continuously billed each month after canceling. There a multiple hoops to cancel in the first place and then the request has been ignored. I keep sending emails and the automatic response is that they are receiving a large amount of emails which is slowing down responses. No other response is received. Also the expensive medication I purchased with the program was never fulfilled. I dont want to cancel my credit card because I have long term history, but I may be forced to if they continue to bill me.Please look into this horrific company.

    They advertise the program like it would cost 129 dollars, but once you start to go through the program they charge another fee of 229. 11-14-2023 I purchased the program and the same day I canceled it once I realized the 129 dollars and 229 was a monthly fee I would have to pay. I didn't accept anything from them, I told them I couldn't afford the program and please return my money to me. I tried to call them but the only way to talk to them is online. I believe I was talking to a person but I'm not sure if it was a person or computer. I've been waiting for them to return my money to my account, they send me information on another program that's cheaper. I told them to please return my money to me I don't want your program.The person by the name of ******* said she couldn't give me all my money back to me only a part of the payment I paid. I told her I wanted all my money back or I would go to BBB with a complaint. I haven't heard anything back from them or her. And they haven't returned my money. Again I never used the program, they never sent me anything because I canceled the program the same day. I just want my money back.

    G Plan is a scam. I ordered semiglutide and received it the first time, the second time it arrived a week after it was supposed to arrive and unrefrigerated. It is to come on time n refrigerated. They claim money back if it does not arrive within 2 days. I cant get in contact with them. They dont answer their customer service line and they dont respond to messages. I would like a refund for the medicine I paid for that I can no longer use and I want nothing to do with this company. They automatically sign you up for a meal plan that you have to pay extra money for, but they dont tell you that and then you have to jump through hoops to try and cancel that plan. The whole concept is to make money, they do not care about patients health! This place should be closed!
