    I ordered the subscription packet on December 24th using my debit card. I reached out to Customer Support multiple times and now I cant even access them. It is like they blocked me. No services services were rendered and I would like a full refund. However, I cancelled my card so that nothing else can be charged to it. When you chat with someone as soon as you mention any kind of payment or reimbursement the chat shuts down.

    I purchased a monthly service for weight loss treatment on 12/9/2023. As part of the initial intake quiz BEFORE you can purchase the service, you are required to state your height, weight, and co-morbidities.I entered all of that information and was told by the automatic quiz that I was a candidate to get the weight loss treatment. A physician appointment was made and during that appointment, I was told I did not qualify for the service and medication. I was rejected because my *** is too low, information they had upon the initial quiz, and because I have no co-morbidities which you need to qualify if you fall under the *** requirement.Based on this information and the intake quiz, the company should have known I was not a candidate because my *** and lack of co-morbidities disqualified me.When I asked for a refund for the monthly service which is a product I CANNOT use, I was denied the refund stating I was being charged for the telehealth appointment.The company is making money off of a bait and switch, asking people for information that disqualifies them, telling them they are candidates, just so they can get to the telehealth appoint to then charge them and not refund their money. These are predatory business practices, false advertising and bait and switch tactics.This is absolutely illegal. The company needs to refund the money for a service I can't even use.

    On 12/03/2023 I ordered Ozempic/Wegovy from G Plans. I was charged $1299 and $396 and received a box from them with insulin syringes and no Wegovy. I called every telephone number on my insurance card to no avail. My Wegovy pens are at the pharmacy but they were told insurance didnt pay and if I pick up my script I have to pay full price for my *** again which I cant nor wont do. I was given tel number from my pharmacy so today I called ************ and was directed to call ************. The person I spoke with suggested I find a coupon online so I can pick up my Rx, in other words pay another $1700 just for chuckles minus the coupons of course. I cant do this and I need my prescription. What is my recourse? Also, where this company has a clear history of abuse dating back to 2020, why are they allowed to continued business in December 2023?     I canceled my prescription less than a week in due to not being able to connect with anyone. I was then charged ****** again Ive sent numerous emails without any substantial response. *** called over and over everyday and wait in the queue then get disconnected with a message saying no one is available. This company is a scam. Who knows what medicine they are actually sending protocol put in their system. They have charged be 229x2 with out my authorization. I dont k know what to do at this point. They keep charging me and taking money that I cant afford to live without. They dont care and are steeling money from me. Also charged me for food I had no idea I ordered. I just cannot believe nothing is being done about this scam.

    My underaged grandchild somehow ended up on this app and signed me up without my knowledge. I have tried to reach out to the company and my emails will not be read, they respond with "since you have not replied" My replies are ignored or blocked by their system. I have been trying to get a refund from this company. I called my bank after the first charge and reported it as fraud. They charged my card again under a different name.

    On Dec 16, 2023 I approved a purchase of $594.00 for what I thought was 3 months of semaglutide. Only after I approved the purchase did I find out that I needed to pay an additional $229/month for the medication. This at no point was disclosed anywhere. On Dec 17 I requested my charges be reversed, site says there is a 30 day refund policy. I also downloaded the app to try to cancel, I could not log in as the app said my email is valid, this is not accurate, and when I requested to reset my password no email ever arrived to even allow my to access the app. I tried to contact customer service via their website and again it would not accept my real and accurate Gmail address, therefore I could not communicate via the website. Using my PC I was able to login to their plan website, however when I tried to cancel my plan, I received an error and could not cancel via the site. I have submitted these complaints via email to ********************************** and requested a full refund, I have yet to receive a response despite a guaranteed 48 hour response time. My bank has flagged the $594 as fraud and I confirmed I approved the purchase to avoid having to get a new card. My bank did approve the $229 and I have yet to receive a refund. Additionally despite my request for full cancellation and refund, Ive received two more notifications from my bank of $594 charges being attempted on my credit card. I am requesting the $229 I was charged to be refunded in full and any additional attempts to charge the $594 to cease.

    G-plans advertised setting up a tele health visit with a MD and registered dietitian for help to lose weight forming a meal plan and medications if indicated. They used the credentials of well established hospitals stating they were backed by them. I setup consults. Then picked an appointment time to speak to an MD. I downloaded the app they use for video visits then realized the app doesnt work. Then I tried to log into my account and I cant. There is a telephone number, I sat on hold for 10 minutes and then it states there is no one to take the call and abruptly hangs up. They charged my card ****** then an additional ****** on 12/18/23 and 12/19/23.

    This company provides false claims and promises that paying users with overweight and obesity can get the semiglutide medication once meeting with the doctor. I meet these requirements; however, I met with the doctor who failed to render the services that the company promised me. They have not replied to my several email and phone requests for a refund. This business is a scam.

    I gave initial information and credit card information to this company in order to set up a telehealth consult and then get medication. I entered information on Sunday, Dec 17th. I received a notification from my bank asking if the charges were authorized. I looked up the company as their app was not allowing me to set up username and password. I researched more online and have found they frequently scam customers. My bank blocked the initial charges, but when G Plans tried the charges again, they were authorized by my bank. I have filed a dispute with my bank as I told then that while I did provide credit card information, I tried to cancel immediately. I did. I tried to contact them via online chat and it only brought up error pages, I called on Monday 3x and each time after holding for 30 min the service cut off and said there were no agents available. I was able to find a support email and the person responding is avoiding answering my direct questions. So far $229 has been drafted and $397 is pending on my account. The emails are too long for this box, but I have been very specific. They provide no refund policy in writing and have not answered my questions. They offer to cancel but are not clear if or how much I am being refunded. The receipt for g plans has a different name; it states, ******** ******************** PC and they were never mentioned before. I want a refund on the posted transactions.

    I unknowingly ordered a weight loss program. I was looking and the next thing you know, I became a subscriber. I tried numerous times to cancel my subscription both email and phone, neither worked.
