    DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL DECEIVE YOU. Dishonest company with shady practices. They charged me a total of $526. $229 for meds and $287 for doc fees. I canceled same day because the virtual doc appt I had they kept me holding literally for 50min for the doc to join the call. Whole holding I used my daughters phone to call the company directly and explained to them that I am still holding for the doc and he said to me that I missed my appt. I said it's impossible because I'm still holding for the doc on my phone. So being that they lied about me missing my appt I told him to cancel the entire subscription . He assured me all was canceled. I see on my credit card they only refunded me $229 for the meds and half of the $287:and then charged my card for $14 food subscription that I never ordered. They still owe me and I am going to call bank to reverse these charges.DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING WITH THEM. THEY ARE DEFINITELY SCAMMERS.

    I signed up for G-Plans in October on a whim, and decided afterward I didnt need it. I went ahead and cancelled via the app, but I still received another charge (this was from the healthcare provider company they partner with, ****************). I called to have my account cancelled (again) on Dec. 1st and was assured my account was closed. While checking my bank statements recently, I realized I received two additional monthly charges from G-plans in December and January. I called when I first noticed about January, and they said no problem, we will refund you. They also told me the reason this happens is they have an AI system that does billingwhich is clearly flawed. After getting off the phone and cancelling my account for the THIRD time, I decided to look back further and thats when I noticed the December charge, which is what prompted me to open this complaint. This is clearly a known issue by the company who doesnt appear to be concerned about fixing it, but will gladly take a former customers money. Im looking for my money back and for this complaint to be on the record. I also want some kind of reassurance that I will not be charged again erroneously.

    I have been billed for my second set of medicine on 1/2/24. I have yet to receive my shipment. I have called on 3 different occasions and no one has responded or helped me.

    I never had a consult with G Plan never received any medication nor did I get any help yet they charged my credit card for over $600!!! No one will return my emails or calls!

    I ordered the **Plan program for $129, which I thought was the entire cost of the program.. after you pay for that, they then indicate that you need to order the medications, which is solely how this diet works. That was another $229.00. Then, they ask you what you like to eat, again was charged another $12.99 for meals. They display the program at one cost and the rest comes after you are already invested into the program. The same day I had ordered the program, but nothing else as it states that you cannot order the medication until after your visit with the doctor, which I haven't met with the doctor, they charged me for the meals and for the medication. I immediately messaged them indicating that I did not want their product and to send me a full refund. It also states that you can get a full refund if you are not satisfied within 60 days. My product hadn't even been ordered at this point. The chat bot is saying that I need to pay a $59.99 early termination fee. Please help. These businesses that scam innocent people are getting out of hand. Thank you!

    On 1/13/24 I ordered a product from G-plan that was promised for $129 a month for 4 months totaling $536. They then immediately billed me for $129 for an MD consult which appears to repeat monthly and was not previously discussed and $229 for medication for the first month which will repeat monthly. I requested an immediate refund and to drop the plan and they offered me an $87 refund, which I declined, as insufficient. My total bill was $358 for one month and I was expecting to pay $516 total for 4 months. I am asking my bank to not accept any more bills from them. I did not receive anything or create expense for them and I suggested they made a mistake and they quit communicating with them. I want my $358 returned. Thank you!***********************

    I found G-plans online because they claimed to be able to get the drug Wegovy, a drug I had been on before it became impossible to get. Somehow the subscription was set up under the name "***************"; my name is "***************". The meals came 5 days and I had a Telehealth meeting with "*************" and I asked to to correct the name on the account. She agreed. I went to get my blood drawn (they could not find the name of the dr...which should have been a red flag for me). A few days later the medication arrived with syringes and just drops of wegovy that was to last 10 days. I called the number for ********** RX but the number was not good and then I immediately called Gplans and they said they would immediately cancel my account. Today, ***** more food arrived and when I called and spoke to ************ he told me he could not cancel unless he spoke with ***. I explained that the account was set up with the wrong name and that there was no *************** at this address. He provided email address *******************************************

    They were supposed to provide Semaglutide each month for 4 months, including any required dr. ************ and blood work. They have canceled Dr. ************ at the last minute for the past two months and this will be the 2nd time Ive run out of Semaglutide because of the cancelled ************. They were supposed to pay Quest Diagnostic for the labs they required but did not. They are difficult to reach and have awful customer service.

    I attempted to join G-Plans to receive weight loss medication. Upon signing up I was scheduled with a doctor online. I joined the scheduled appointment and went through prescreening. When directed to the doctor the call was disconnected and cancelled. I was not reached out to our rescheduled. I was then charged for a 12 month subscription. I have received no service and no products. This is a scam. I request my refund immediately and my account be cancelled.
