    On May 2nd I thought I'd try skinnyfits promotion of just pay shipping for a free trial. I was charged the $5.95 for shipping plus 3 more transactions for $50+ which my bank did not allow. On May 24th I was charged an additional $108.14 and again week later (may 31st) another charge for the same amount. I have called and left voicemails several times and also sent multiple emails without reply or being able to talk to anyone. These additional charges were never authorized or expected by any means and now I see that many people are having the same issues and everyone of them having for dispute charges because they're unable to reach the business. When I sent the first email I had received one reply 10 days later but after I asked to return the items I recieved for the trial I have heard nothing else. At this point I have had to cancel my card in fear of additional unauthorized charges that would leave my account in the negative. I feel this company was being sly with their tactics and untrustworthy. I have been scammed by them as many others and all i ask is the refund of my money that was charged both May 24th and May 31st.

    I ordered this product on the tryout free page. When I started using the product, I went into an ulcerative colitis flare for the last 1 days. I have tried to call these people and left messages every single day. Ive emailed twice then Wednesday they charged my credit card 108 2. I have disputed the charge and if they try to charge my card again, I will just cancel the card. This is the worst Customer Serviceever

    I accidentally order a product. I tried to cancel 15 min. but when I finally got through 2 days later. Stated it was too late. I would not be charged. Subscription cancellation. Today ****** takes out out of my account. No one available on the weekend.

    I placed an online order with SkinnyFit LLC for SuperYouth and GLP1 activator on 5/12/2025 with a 21 day trial window, only pay $5.95 shipping if the product was returned within 21 days of the order date. The product didn't arrive until 5/19/2025. I made my first return request via ******************************** on 5/19/2025 at 6:32 PM and received an automated response. I made my second return request on 5/20/2025 at 5:21 PM and did not receive a response. I made my third return request via direct message on ******** Messenger at 6:21 AM on 5/21/2025 and did not receive a response until after posting directly on the SkinnyFit ******** page asking for customer service attention. The response on Messenger directed me to submit a return request via email to ******************************** so I submitted a fourth return request via email. All of my return requests contained my order number, email associated with the order, name, and phone number. I finally received a response from the company that did not contain the return label I requested. It did offer to let me purchase the product for 50% off (which at this point may have been my best bet). I declined to purchase and requested a return label again. The return label finally arrived on 5/21/25 at 1:46 PM. I delivered the return to the US *********** on 5/22/25 with the tracking number of **********************. The tracking shows the returned product was picked up at 10:51 AM on 5/24/2025 by the recipient. On 5/31/2025, my bank alerted me to a $102.40 charge from SkinnyFit, which I deemed fraudulent. My bank blocked the charge; however, I am concerned the company will continue to attempt to collect money for this returned product.

    The response from SkinnyFit said they could not locate my order from the information provided; however, I provided them with the order ID that originated from their company, the return label with tracking provided by their company, and a photograph of the same tracking from the physical receipt and the label attached to the return box.  Also, the response from SkinnyFit said no other charges were applied; this is correct ONLY because my bank alerted me to their fraudulent charge after they had received my return and had 7 days to process that return.  While I am not requesting monetary damages, I am still concerned this company is operating under fraudulent practices.

We have acknowledge that we did locate the account, the order was placed on 5/10 for the initial shipping fee of $5.95.  The add-on item of the the Fit IV was declined, and on 5/31 the 21st day charge for the  Strawberry Watermelon an d the Glp-1 ws also declined. Thus, we do not have any refunds to make. We understand the customers concerns , however, if the customer suspects anomalous charges, she should report to her bank. We are a member of the BBB and absolutely is a legitimate business. We hope this answers the customers concerns.

    I have a ton of unrecognized, unauthorized and fraudulent charges from skinny fit on my debit card. Hundreds of dollars worth over many months and I have reached out to them via email several times and tried calling but no one answers the phones , not during the day or middle of the night. I have remained on hold for hours and after midnight when I know they do not have a high volume of callers but the phone is just not legitimate, no one ever answers or returns calls . I contacted skinny fit immediately upon being alerted to yet another fraudulent charge yesterday ($103) while the charge was new and still in pending to let them know not to send product out and to have them reverse the charge . I never signed up for anything from this company and there is no record of me on their end because I do not have an account, never did , never will .. I am just the unfortunate person who is paying for someone elses products . Anyway, I cant get anyone to answer or reply , they took all the money I have in my account with no hope of ever speaking to a human or having this issue resolved. I even ordered a new debit card because there are so many fraudulent charges from skinny fit and I can never get anyone to help me out. I need the hundreds that they stole from me asap! Please help

    May 9th I was trying to order a trial of a product for shipping costs. I thought it was a sample. One time fee. I tried to navigate to my cart and read terms and conditions. While doing so I ended up with 4 items ordered and paid for. It was confusing and I had no opportunity to see an invoice in a shopping cart. Once I looked at my ****** account and saw all the pending transactions, I found that I had ordered 4 items on a 21 day trial. Not what I wanted. I only wanted 1 item. After 21 days I pay and the items are auto shipped with recurring charges. I tried to cancel before shipping and received an email that the items had shipped. I requested they cancel my subscriptions, no more shipments. There were 3 charges on my account completed May 9th. $51.69, $39.95, $6.42 (shipping). A completed charge May 30th $107.70 and another pending authorization charge May 30th $49.95.I have received an email that my subscription status has been cancelled. I'm unhappy that there is no way to look at my order to see how this happened. I don't have an invoice with itemized pricing. Each item has a seperate order number. If I return the merchandise there is an $8 restocking fee per item and I pay return shipping. Maneuvering their site is deceptive and the way it's set up, i had no idea these other items were being added. I want confirmation that my subscription is cancelled. I want confirmation that there will be no automatic shipping. I want an itemized invoice with prices totalling the completed and pending charges. I want reimbursed any difference in what I received vs. paid.Items received- skinnyfit superfit collagen, skinnyfit detox tea, skinnyfit glp-1, skinnyfit fit IV

    I initially ordered this product on 4/28/25. I ordered two bags and carefully read the description of not selecting a subscription due to the fact I wanted to try it before I committed to a monthly bill for it. I was charged once on 4/28/25 and then again on 5/19/25 (which was correct). I then received another charge on 5/27/25 of $69.90 with no indication from the company of another order being placed. I reached out via email not once, but three times to dispute this charge and no answer. I then called to dispute the charge and was told I had subscribed which I verified I had not. The woman I spoke with said all that she could do is cancel and send back the product WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED BECAUSE I DID NOT ORDER IT and get a refund of $30, which is less than half of what they charged me for something I did not order. Not only does the product do nothing (which okay, is trial and error, fine) but not you are charging my account out of no where, claiming I have a subscription for something I triple checked that I did not, you are offering me a "refund" for less than half of what you charged me if I return a product I never received or ordered to begin with. There is no tracking on the said package that you billed me for, no notification it was ordered, nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous. I should be entitled to a full refund for a product that I had never ordered, never received, and never signed up for.

    I purchased the free product just pay for shipping which was $5.99. About a week later I have a charge of over $108 on my ****** account. I did not authorize this and I had reached out on several occasions about a $49.95 charge that was pending on my ****** arguing that I never authorized it only to then be charged over $108! It is crazy that companies can do this and not feel any remorse for taking money out of peoples accounts. I have put a claim on my ****** as well as reached out to skinny fit. The email I got back from skinny fit basically said that that is what I signed up for when very much know I did not.

    I placed an order on 5/8 for order 16810219/16810222 and attempted to cancel within hours. I was told it couldnt be cancelled and to wait to receive the product. It took them one week to even respond to my email. I called different times everyday and no response. I kept getting the run around as far as receiving a return label. Its like they did not want to give me a return label. Fast forward to two weeks later I finally received a return label today just as it hit the 21 days. They said to return it before June to not be charged. My card was just charged $99.90 even though the policy is 21 days trial. Company is very unprofessional and takes a long time to respond or different agents gives you different information. They claim the card was charged the $99.90 because it past 21 days but I have been trying to get a return label from them for weeks. Now I have to wait again. Horrible customer ********** far I have been charged $47.95 & $5.95 and now another $99.90.
