    I purchased ONE JAR of the Skinnyfit only; no subscription. I checked several times to ENSURE that I was not purchasing a subscription. They sent the jar and charged me $96.10 ($69 for the product, and $20 shipping with tax included). I only wanted ONE jar. My bank reversed the dispute because Skinnyfit told them I purchased a subscription - I didn't. They told me to call Skinnyfit which I did and he told me that it was a subscription which I did NOT knowingly purchase. I want my money back and they can have the unopened jar back. Too many people having the exact same experience as me. I THOROUGHLY checked to make sure I'm not purchasing any subscriptions, so apparently the checkout nor email informed me that I was purchasing one. Give me my money back and we're done. I'll send your unopened jar back too.

    I was misled when I purchased a collagen product from SkinnyFit LLC, I was not made aware this was a subscription. I contacted SkinnyFit on December 15, 2023 when they charged my card $97.56. I asked for a refund and to cancel any subscription at that time. A refund was eventually issued and my subscription cancelled. Imagine my surprise when on February 14, my card was charged again for $97.56! I called customer service the same day (Feb 14) and the lady on the phone lied to me - stating I had only requested a "pause" in my subscription - NOT TRUE! I don't do subscriptions EVER! Then she lied again and said the product was already sent and therefore she could not give me a refund, but the tracking she provided says the package was not sent until February 16 - 2 days later! AVOID THIS COMPANY - they are predatory and dishonest.
