1 starLike ****** D below, I also ordered 3 bottles of the Total Package Serum, for which payment was accepted. The next day, I was informed that the product was back ordered. Amazingly, I was sent many correspondences where they want me to buy more of a product they do not have. I was assured last Sunday that the product arrived and the warehouse shipped all pending shipments. They advised that I should expect tracking information once it ships out. Its now Saturday and I still have not received tracking information. I cannot and will not recommend this company. Their website also states that I have no order, which is patently ridiculous since they charged my credit card. I only can warn that you avoid making payment until the product ships.Del Mar Laboratories

1 starI ordered the Total Package Serum on 10/31 it is now November 11th and I still have not had any update on when my product will arrive. When I try to use the customer portal it says I have no orders? The portal is no help what so ever and neither is the customer service phone line. I stayed on the line for 24 minutes and gave up. I have sent an email as well and so far no response. I have received a text that gave me a link to the website that again just tells me I have no orders placed. Perhaps my order is on the way? I don't know because they have not responded..Very frustrating. I agree with ***** H below. I tried to cancel my order as well but since it says I have no order I can't do that they did charge my credit card right away though.Del Mar Laboratories

1 starOnce you place an order, you cannot contact a person to talk to. Youre referred to several web links which do nothing. I tried for to cancel my order with them before it shipped with no results. I decided to wait until it arrives - its been 8 days and nothing received yet - and checked the return policy only to find out they only give a 10% refund on returns! Their video ad says if youre not satisfied, send it back for a full refund.Del Mar Laboratories

5 starsI really love using Cera lift. It firm's up my skin and it feels so much more moist and plump. It looks hydrated. And since I've been out of it for a couple months I can tell even more how well it works. Mt skin has lost its glow. I have to get back to taking it again. 5 starsI love the products. they are very fine, absorb well, and feel good on my skin. In my case ( Im 72) the products may take more than six months to make a change to my face. I have noticed my overall skin has thickened and looks more plump. I take the Ceralift and Rejuvatress supplements and people have been noticing and commenting on my hair and how nice it looks. 5 starsI have been using Del Mar products, specifically Ceramic Lift, and Hydra Glo, for over 5 years now and recently added the *** Pro , the Total Package Serum , and Total Neck Cream! All of these are superb. The total package serum is a light serum that you can use daily before you put anything else on. It gives a wonderful base for anything else you might want to add.I personally do not wear any liquid make up and the total package serum and neck cream is all thats needed. You can apply any other daily cream with sunscreen and youll look great!I have found that the ********************* are a wonderful addition to anyones daily skin care routine!Review fromClaire Z

5 starsI have been very impressed with the ************* products over the 2.5 years or so that I've been taking them. I am currently taking the oral supplements of Cera Lift and Hydra Glo which are phenomental. I get compliments on my skin all the time, especially my jowl and neck area which is still firm and sculpted. I'm 75 years old in September and no one guesses my age correctly (thankfully).But today, I'd like to put in a recommendation for anyone who is hesitating, about their topical, ******. This is a product I wouldn't be without. Unlike other tightening products, this one does NOT leave a tight, papery quality to the skin (as though you put glue on your skin). You can put make up over it and it looks great.
