    I did not order a subscription and cannot get out of it They do not answer the phone calls I have made I want to return the products snd cancel my subscription! Unethical behavior I am not satisfied with the product and feel ripped off

    I posted an honest review on their site about my experience regarding the metabolic health pills. My review was very detailed about how those pills made me extremely sick both times that i took them. I was basically incapacitated due to how sick the pills made me. I was vomiting, headache, stomach ache, and diarrhea. I had to be in complete darkness with no noise because the pain I was experiencing was immense. I purposely took the pills a few weeks apart to make sure it was the pills that made me sick and nothing else such as food poisoning. I feel that deleting my review is not an honest practice on the company's part and is deceitful. They should not keep my experience from being viewed because it could help others make an informed choice on the product or confirm that what they experienced is not out of the ************ is awful that they do not offer returns on used products even if they made you sick. I would have requested a refund after getting sick the second. I would not recommend any prod from this company.

    I have been trying to contact this company for a week. I sent an email and immediately got an automated response that I would be contacted within 48 hrs which I wasn't. I have tried calling daily for a week and it has gone to VM. When I leave a VM it hangs up on me before I can finish. The "live chat" button on their website isn't clickable. I even sent them a DM on Instagram and haven't heard back. It is really disappointing and frustrating considering how expensive their products are. I am trying to contact them because I ordered "Healthy Glow" pills from them as a subscription. Within 1 month they said they ran out and were out of stock. 3 months later it is back in stock and my card was charged. The problem is that the formula looks completely different. I really wish they notified customers with the option to cancel before charging our cards. Now I can't get a hold of anyone to discuss the formula change. I have unsubscribed but I would really like a refund and to just talk to a human being about this. Very disappointed in this company that I used to thin so highly of.

    I had ordered their PARAX supplement back in July and was very disappointed how it didnt really do anything to help my bacterial *********. I was shocked to see that they have a no refund policy? I realize you are a smaller company but it seems like its BUYER BEWARE. I asked for a refund and was told that the item has to be unopened and not used? I dont plan on ordering anything else from this company until they change their return policy.

    Very shady practices, automatically enroll customers in subscription program and then dont notify them with enough notice to cancel before repeatedly charging. And wont refund.

    This company has very shady business practices. They entice customers to subscribe to their products for "discounts", but give no reminder emails or texts to inform their customers another product or charge is coming (until it pops up on your credit card statement). While the charge is still pending and no product has been shipped, they refuse to help you or update the shipment date -- no answer on their voice support number and their chat agents simply say "sorry there's nothing we can do." Their chat agents always defer to their "customer experience advocates," saying they are only "chat support" that can help with "product inquiries only" and that it will take 2 business days to receive account-specific assistance. There is no other subscription products I've used (probiotics, skin supplements, etc) that do not inform their customer another shipment is coming and refuse to help before it is shipped.Beware: if they're trying to trick you to get more products than you need/overcharge you, what else could they possibly be doing or lying about in the products themselves?

    What a scam! I ordered a wellness tonic and its just sugar water. They charged my credit card for a reoccurring payment without my authorization and wont give back my money. Stay away!
