      Payed bus fare on a pace bus. Ventra charged by $5 instead of $2.50. I called the ventra customer service number three times to request a refund. Did not speak to a person once. Got stuck in an endless loop in the options menu.

      Ventra needs to be regulated by the government because they aren't honest. I've taken so many snapshots of my account as well as my students and different amounts seem to disappear from cards, without them being used. Also why would a student pay full fare if playing a game until 8 pm or traveling to school at 5 am. to make it on time, for class that starts at 6 am.If we care about students as well as parents. Ventra should be monitored for honesty.

      This app has repeatedly chosen to not work for me. It appeared to have money on it but didnt work on the bus, making me use my debit card. It charged 5$ to my card for a $2.25 ride. They sent a Ventra card, but it didnt function. I had to break it in half. Now this morning I attempted to log in but it wouldnt work, Id push keys but other letters were written, and a bunch of errors came up. The bus drivers are nice but the app is continuing to malfunction for no reason. I am very dissatisfied.
