    SeaWorld is misleading the consumer! They are practicing unfair consumer practices by misleading the public. They advertise the membership passes and don't put an asterisk or flag the guest passes to not that they have very specific dates. You have to go to FAQs in order to reas about the passes. It does not specifically indicate that you have to read this page before buying your tickets. The 1st pass can only be used until March 3rd and if you don't use it by then, you lose it. It is unfair to put a short timeliness on the usage of a guest pass that you have paid for. Especially when you buy your guest pass at the end of January or February. That is unfair practices and im sure they are breaking some part of the consumer protection act. Their customer service is terrible and scripted. Their website does not work properly and you cannot link your annual passes. I have been going back and forth with the complaints department and have gotten nowhere about possibly extending my guest pass. A guest pass I paid for with my membership. They are literally stealing and no one is doing anything about it.

    I would do 0 stars. Ive been arguing with Sea World for a few years trying to get a refund. Finally was told I was refunded but dont see the refund on my credit card. They never call you back, tsar they cant give you confirmation number of said refund or some kind of proof that they will reimburse. People lie and are disgusting

    The fine print is deceiving and meant to trick consumers into continuing to pay for annual passes. My itemized transaction receipt clearly said authorization for 11 payments, but then buried in other fine print was that it would automaticaly renew and that I would have to CALL to cancel my membership. Online, when I thought i cancelled, it said "no passes to cancel" so I assumed it was cancelled. 9 months later and $23/month I had to call for them to cancel the passes, and they would only refund the current month amount, standing by their deceiving fine print. Don't be fooled by this tourist trap, PETA nightmare of a place.

    Gets away with whatever they want. The theme park is so affordable that they don't care to give good customer service, good quality food, they have their own rules and they don't care about complaints their staff is absolutely horrendous in how they treat guests..they just tried auto renewing my membership for almost double what I was paying and they "claim" I authorized it which I would never, wouldn't give me my money back, I canceled my passes and then they charged me again they said they will refund me this charge since they were supposed to cancel my passes but it could take up to 2 weeks. Company is very sneaky in how they do things. Have had passes for many years because they are so cheap and put up with all the disappointments we've experienced over the years but I won't be supporting their cause anymore.

    Today when visiting the San Diego location, I had to pump breastmilk OUTSIDE at a sitting location where I found an outlet. I had to cover myself in the hopes that no one knew what I was doing; it was absolutely ridiculous that I was put in that situation. Prior to that moment of desperation, I went to three of their bathroom locations as directed by various crew members when I requested the nearest mothers room (side note- each employees response was similar: uh, Im not sure. I think theres one if you keep walking left).One of the bathroom locations didnt have a family room and the other two family rooms didnt have a working *********** of the non-working outlets also didnt have a face plate - so unsafe! In both of the bathrooms, even IF they did have a working outlet, I wouldve been forced to sit on the toilet while pumping. In fact, last time I was there in January, after asking a handful of employees if there was a private mothers room, I was pointed to the same family room and had to nurse my 5-week old baby while sitting on the toilet with a large amount of toilet seat covers to protect me. Not only is this unsanitary, but its uncomfortable and not inclusive to ****************.After 45 minutes of walking around trying to find a private place to pump breastmilk and asking several crew members, I finally was able to talk with a supervisor to explain my situation and I requested that I be able to use an employee area or managers office to please pump. She advised that wouldnt work because there wasn't any place she could think of that provided privacy. How horrible is that? Instead of working with me to provide an alternative solution, I was greeted with how she couldnt accommodate my needs.We are in a world where diversity, inclusivity, and equity are supposed to be celebrated, and I expected more from Sea World given that theyre a family attraction park.

    My memberships were auto renewed two days before expiration date. When I asked to cancel the auto renewal, the park terminated my pass and told me that Im not allowed to enter in the park even though I should have two days to use the pass.

    Do Not purchase their passes. They are such scams. I bought their so called platnium pass and it said 6 free guest passes. Well my guest passes expired at the end of summer season, because its a seasonal park. Then on my pass I had expires 6/23/23 but guess what i couldnt ******** use the card on 6/23/23 because it ended 6/22/23 but card said otherwise.

    The system is absolutely terrible when you want to have access to your payments. You will never be able to cancel the auto-renewal of your membership. very fraudulent ez pay scheme. I spent the whole day but I still couldn't get to the page where I could manage payments.

    Many times Ive also been scammed by their auto renewal and Ive called to cancel the subscription but they wont let you cancel the auto renewal until the day of the auto renewal. Also, they have been shady going back and forth with me on multiple accounts saying one thing and then saying another about the auto renewal process. Some have said I can cancel before the auto renewal and some have said you cant until the day of. As people said prior, no email or reminders asking for consent or even just a heads up that they are auto renewing your pass. Especially during the pandemic they refused to refund me and continued to charge me although I explained I was unemployed and could not afford it. Something needs to change if they want to continue getting pass holders to stay with them.
