    Roku does not allow me to cancel a subscription that I have lost the login information to. They require installation of anydesk to my phone, but I do not wish to install. They hang up immediately. I have tried to cancel this C subscription for 2 years, and the only way to do it is to close my credit card completely. Given the poor treatment in customer service, I think that they would use anydesk to steal information.

    I have contacted the tech support for Roku many times trying to get my money back for a defective product. Each time I have been told that they will send me a shipping label to send the defective equipment back and I will get a refund. I have been told that they will send it to me in my email within 2 to 24 hours depending on the representative I have spoken to and each time no email comes to me. I simply want to send this thing back and they are making it impossible. They say that the issue has been resolved but they havent refunded me the money and I still have no email from them with a shipping label. The *** was opened and closed on the same day with no resolution and they will not contact me any further. I purchased the Roku product directly from Roku

    On July 1, 2023 while reviewing my monthly bank account report I noticed $8.55 withdrew from my account. The fees with withdrawn by Roku Hulu *************; ********************** contacted the company on July 2, 2023 and spoke with a representive. I informed the representative that I had cancelled my account with their company last year due to not being able to access their channel on my T.V. I am unaware how it has appeared on my bank account.This amount has been withdrawn since November 1, 2022. I requested for a refund. Initially I was told that I could be refunded for one month, then I was told I would be refunded $24.00 not even half of what has been removed from my account. Today I was refunded only $8.55.
