    I purchased a **** streaming stick from ******* May 31st 6 weeks later it stopped working I contacted **** to help they tried it still didnt work she told me they will send me a new one asked for my address said I have to return the defected one they said I should get a confirmation of the tracking number in my email I didnt get one so 5 days later I called again this time it was really hard to hear so they called me back with out me telling them my number I explain what I was calling them about sending me a new one and I mail back the defect one he then told me I need to get the app called desktop asked why they said they needed verification and then from there I needed to put my bank card into my wallet on my phone asked why they said they needed verification I asked to speak to supervisor he said ok I told her all I wanted to do was return the defect one for a working one she said I needed to enter my bank card info so they can get a 4$ shipping fee I said I have a credit card she said they need my bank card for verification I went back to the man that was helping me after I entered my card number I needed to write down that I need to link my bank card to ***** thats what I need to say when I call the bank at that point I told him this is really crazy Im only trying to return a defect Roku stick for a new one said I was not going any further that I thought this was very very crazy he then hung up

    2024 ordered **********, when attempting to cancel was told subscription was through roku tv. roku tv showed me no subscription. After months of looking was able to cancel payment method with roku tv. But now I am unable to order through roku if I want different services. This is very deceiving on their part. I would like to reinsert payment method but am afraid ********** will continue to be billed as I was unable to cancel their service which is 8 dollars a month. Found party online that will cancel peacock for me at a fee of ***************************************** that they (peacock or roku) are operating this way. I am only out around 48 dollars.I can just speculate how many others this has happened to.

    I had kids at my house in December and they ordered **** and no one have watched it since they left because don't watch roku and didn't give them permission to order it. I called my bank because i couldn't get in contact with roku and my bank could not get in contact with them. I called my bank in January when i noticed a charge for $97.18.

    I took a subscription with Roku. I had to give my credit card information for payment. When it is time to pay a$31.07 subscription they have double charged me. Total amount taken over $62.00. When I called them about it I'm being told someone will call me back.This is using my credit card for unauthorized payments.

    I was watching my Roku Express and advertisement came on I pushed the button to get rid of it then I was charged for a new app. I did not give my credit card number or debit card number. Somehow they got my debit number and charged me. I called twice talked to *** one time 520 24 9:30 a.m. cold Force tried to talk to manager they said there's not one available it happened Saturday May 18th 10:07 a.m. $2.16. I just don't like somebody getting my debit card number and I never gave it to him. Supposedly they're in the *********** routing calls through other states in in the **. I could not get an answer on how they got my debit card number. Still haven't got my money back I hope they don't get any more of I had to cancel my card thank you.

    Bought Roku streaming stick a year ago. Since then I had bought 2 *******s and both as of 5/5/2024 both have a back light burn out very conveniently around 1 year of owning both the TVs. All though that is not my issue my issue is with the Roku Streaming Stick that I purchased for a bedroom TV. I dont use that TV but now that my ******* went out I wanted to use the Roku Stick but when I try to activate it says "We cant seem to reach you by email." So I called and they said their working on it but as of 2 days still nothing.

    1st issue started 4/1/2020 when I hooked up my Roku that i bought. they started taking money from my account after multiple attempts to get whatever it was cancelled. I had to report my card compromised and that seemed to stop it. ***** came out of my account then. In 9/3/2022 my 5 yr old grandson clicked on paw patrol. I contacted Roku immediately they said it was taken care of. Then they started taking money out of my account. When I would contact them they said they couldnt find anything charged out under my email. Yet they kept taking money from my account. I ended up having to supply them with all my emails I had used in the past 10 years. They said they found it and asked if I wanted it canceled. I said yes they confirmed it was canceled but still kept taking money from my account. My bank went back on them when I disputed the charges. I won and we blocked Roku from my account yet they continued trying. Then they switched it up to a different account name calling it Roku for CBS I disputed that one, reported my card compromised again and changed my email and access code yet they are still trying to get money from my account. I have emails and screenshots proving all this. They have taken ***** away from my account so far this time. Idk what else I can do. I have a friend that has been blind since birth and just realized they have been taking funds from his account for years as well. Something needs to be done about this. Please help us. Email they said it was under is ****************** one I havent used for over 5 years now. I only use for junk mail. To keep my email for important things. The amount might not seem like much but when your not employed its a lot. Especially when you have tried everything and they keep taking from you. Even down to switching up their business name to get past blocks put into place to stop Roku from getting into my funds. Again please help get this stopped. Thank you.

    Roku charged me again for membership when I was already a member trying to cancel. There is NO WAY to cancel online. I wasted hours looking so they lie to take your money!!! Now they have charged me $54 again and they give NO phone number to contact!!! My CITI bank cant even reach them!I want my money back! They are taking advantage of people!!!
