- Refund and Exchange Policy
- AngelLift offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time buyers, even if the product has been opened or used. To request a refund, customers must email [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery date to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Products must be returned in their original packaging, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $10 medical disposal fee applies to all returned DermaStrips, as they are considered medical waste. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the disposal fee and any non-refundable costs such as shipping, anti-plaque coatings, and discounted items.
