- If you need to cancel your booking, we require 24 hours notice for a full refund. If canceled with less than 24 hours notice, no refunds will be issued, only store credit will be given. If you need to reschedule, we require a phone call or email (no voice mails) no later than 4 hours before departure. We do not accept requests to reschedule with less than four hours notice and no refunds or credits will be issued. If you purchased your ticket thru a third-party vendor, please contact them directly for their refund policy. Tiki Time can only offer a store credit for tickets purchased thru third-party vendors. If Tiki Time needs to cancel due to passenger count, weather, or mechanical issues, a full refund will be issued.
