    I have been dealing with this company for weeks. They refuse to give me my refund for an account that I did not open. Even after speaking with a rep today and him canceling any transactions, they tried to debit it again. I want my money back

    I've been charged for 6 months now and can't cancel my membership and it won't let me look anything up, tries to make me pay more, I have been charged twice every month, one for about 30 bucks and one for about 5 bucks, don't sign up if you ever want to cancel

    Data is 6 months or so behind . Usefullness is limited. Worse, if you agree to pay for one (and only one) search, they enroll you in a monthly payment scam. Good luck repairing your credit rating!

    In their website they advertised to provide marriage certificate for free, turned out I have to pay $28 to view all the reports thats lied number 1 and I paid, still no marriage certificate thats lied number 2 , basically no certificate at all, birth or death or divorce or marriage certificate NO REPORT OF ANY TYPE OF CERTIFICATE All they provide were junks information that I already know like the history and present of my residence address, etc I would give them no star if I can, this website is BIG SCAM

    Once they get their hooks in you you're pretty much screwed. Of the 5 checks I did on people, including myself, the data was so outdated I couldn't really use it for what I do. After cancelling my acct on their website, I found that im still being charged on my CC. Rather than cancelling my acct they sent me a letter blaming someone else for their mistakes and outdated info. Now I have to get my lawyer involved. Deceptive trade practices.

    I agree with everything the Truthfinder.com detractors are saying about bait and switch. I have no clue about the substance or accuracy of their report, I just know that they don't tell you up front that they are going to charge you and how much ... they just **** up a lot of your time entering information and telling you how great their report will be and then, at the very end they ask for payment before they show you their "fabulous" report.
