1 starWell I wanted to remember/find an old ********* address where I lived and I went to this site... what a SERIOUS mistake. After not paying for their report they have notified me dozens and dozens of times and opened web pages on my machine. These guys are SCARY... they may be click tracking me so I used my other machine to change all my sensitive passwords. I am so SORRY I went to their site.

1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I received a spam email from Truthfinder and decided to check it out. Ever since, I get numerous popup advertisements every freakin time I go on the computer. This has been going on for weeks. I emailed them requesting to stop this spam c*** but not even a reply. DO NOT EVEN OPEN anything from them. I was surprised that they have a 3 star rating with BBB. 1 starIt finds some information. But Nothing more than a free service will find. If you want to pay for pdf file download option and alerts for things you can find out in a simple free ****** search then it's for you pay for the service. There's no secret way to find out information that isn't already public information. It's odd all websites claim to find hidden emails, dating sites, things people might be wanting to pay to find out. There's no more to find out than what's already public it takes 2 min more to find out the same information. Not worth no money to meTruthfinder

When generating reports, many unnecessary steps are included with arbitrary wait times to deceive users into feeling like they need to purchase the report (sunk-cost fallacy). Costs are not made clear up front and it is not stated that loading bars on the website are fake (this is outright deceptive).Truthfinder

1 starI'm unable to get passed the confirm email page to get to my reports. click on set ************* does nothing but blnk when I click on. The reports are on the page but can't access them until I get past set password. It doesn't give me any errors so this let's me believe that it's a scam . They got my money n never possesed the reports. There's no access to the reports unless you can get past set password and it doesn't look like it has a back door to them. 1 starI have contacted this company many times to tell them take my info off of the site. Most of the info they have doesn't belong to me. They even have me with 3 birth dates. Recently I put in for another remove yet they come back with emails promoting the business and what they "think they know" I'm fed up with all the disinformation.Truthfinder

1 starUnresponsive to messages. Charged me and did not allow access.I used them for a few months, some reports are inaccurate. I did find some good info on people I searched for, but I had to do a lot of digging on my own on government and legal sites to find out what I needed. The criminal background checks are mostly driving violations, seat belt wearing, and other nonsense like this. I had to actually pay again for official police reports to get truth. The only accurate info I found was the list of relatives and the properties owned. I canceled my subscription in January after I was charged for one additional month. I received a confirmation that I will have access until February something. Every time I tried to access my reports, I was prompted to pay again.I contacted the help center twice so far, no response. In my last message I mentioned that I will leave a review if they ignore me again. So, here it is. I paid for something I did not get. This is the truth about truthfinder.Truthfinder

1 starTheir add; The site say's it's free, it isn't. Oh, yes!!! It's not free for the first "record" nor any other record. They charge you for either a one day fee or a monthly fee! Oh, yes, the site hints at some scandalous items that *** be included in the report I;e; ***, *** and more sex!!!! Oh, no, they *** be wanted by the government, pay and you'll see!!! Then again, they *** have a criminal past!!!! Do you know what sites they're on or what they look-up??? you should know all of this, plus more!!!!
