1 starGarbage business practices performed by Truthfinder.com. I went to voterrecords.com in order to opt out of records. It forced me over to truthfinder.com, which made me go through 20 minutes of "fact finding" about my online presence. In the end, in order to view my records it springs a payment upon me to view the records, after waiting all that time.As others have noted, truthfinder hints (or indirectly states) that I'm on a government watchlist. Is this done to scare us all into making the payment to view our records?BBB is starting to look less and less credible as truthfinder and apparently the BBB give truthfinder an A+ rating.

1 starThey are thieves. Good info provided but the cancellation is not dummy friendly. I have cancelled my service over the phone since January, only to notice I was charged February and March. I sent an email as they arent open after 5 pm I wasnt able to phone. I got a response from the email stating that they cannot refund but have cancelled. Even though they sent me that email they have again charged me. They are thieves !Truthfinder

1 starIf zero was an option thats what Id give and I researched several articles rating sites before choosing this one based it always being in the top 3. I bought the subscription the 1st 3 people I searched didnt exist according to truth finder even though I provided the complete name, city and state. I did some cross checking found what I was searched for. No clue why it didnt pull it up when I searched the name on its own. I even rechecked again. Anyway the information ******** been married to my husband for 10 yrs, his X wife with whom hes been divorced 20yrs from is STILL his wife on here and vice versa. Complete with my in-laws and my recently passed father-in-law listed on hers so its current. My husband has a 16yr old son not mentioned he does t exist either. According to truth finder. Me and my husband both have online presence that include the other. Weve bought houses and cars . Have insurance pay taxes. So thats a VERY big mistake on a search. As I made other searches I just looked for things I knew were true at that point. They didnt have much that isnt public and FREE. It was either wrong, didnt exist at all, no info, or can be found for free.Truthfinder

1 starI wanted to look up my information for a personal matter. Truthfinder started by offering the report at a discounted rate. Every time I attempted to check out, it failed. Only when prompted to pay the full price did it finally accept payment. What's worse, is after paying that amount they, started to upcharge me. I really don't like it when a company is not transparent up front. This is a very sketchy and dishonest business practice.Second, the information in the report is missing critical information and worse, reporting infractions that never happened or were not mine.I strongly discourage anyone from using this site, they are not legitimate.Truthfinder

1 starTruthfinder has stated that I am on the government watchlist. There is no truth in this to my knowledge. After hours on the phone with the **** I have submitted my fingerprints and received an email from them stating that I have no record at all. (I asked for all criminal records, a rap sheet). They repeatedly told me truthfinder was a third party company and full of inaccuracies and scams. Why is truthfinder making these false claims?Truthfinder

1 starTruthFinder fraudulently charge me for 13 months of their service at $364.65. I sign up to use it once for $3.99 which they charged also. Looking to get a refund. They lie to try to get you to pay for their services to benefit their benefit their ******** services. theyre not honest .
