1 starI spent almost a half an hour on this site which said it was a FREE background report. And after waiting through fake slider bars saying they're loading. They tried to charge me $25 it's a total scam

1 starHorrible customer service. When they were supposed to refund me after they didnt cancel when told to and charged me again they stopped returning emails and claiming they couldnt find account. When I finally got someone one phone and they were able to find account right away, they still refused to refund for unused service because it had been 3 months by there calculation when refund was supposed to done June 29th its sept 4th. It has not been 3 months. Then when I asked for a supervisor I put on hold when guy came back he said he was transferring me to one, and I was then hung up on. Do not use this company!Truthfinder

1 starThis business should be shut down until they have to legally inform you upfront that they are going to waste about 30 minutes of your time "gathering reports, and info" then tell you that you have to pay to see it....Nothing was ever mentioned about having to subscribe for a monthly payment plan until after I had to sit there forever watching all these loading bars say its gathering more info that I never even asked for to begin with.Waste of time. 1 starSite is a scam and clickbait waste of time.This site provides background checks on individuals, but the site is very misleading. The site is paid but does not reveal that it is a paid site until a person has sat through a long process of waiting for information to load for a background check (nearly 5-10 minutes).It seems as if the site will be free and then right before the final step to show the background check report the site asks for a payment. This is frustrating and a waste of time. Make it clear that the site is a paid site *before* wasting someone's time by having them sit through having a bunch of information load.Will never use this site again.Truthfinder

1 starTruthfinder is the biggest scam, they have an introductory offer and tell you that you can cancel and not be continuously charged. I wish there was an option for 0 stars, they don't even deserve one star. I called immediately on the first day to cancel. I thought something was wrong when they make you call instead of allowing you to cancel on their website. They tell you that you will receive an email confirmation with the cancellation and never send it. Then they just keep charging you and make it impossible to stop the charges. BIG SCAM!!!!!!!
