1 starThey have terrible customer service. I have had to call three times to get my account cancelled. I have received emails confirming that I cancelled my account. They continue to charge me. At what point does become a criminal matter. Seriously, do not give them your money or info.Truthfinder

1 starIts a scam that refers u to other sites for additional fees. Truth finder is difficult to navigate and each time I used it . It required staring over with redundant questions . Long waiting times on phone to cancel and refund . Poor business ethicsTruthfinder

1 starI paid for 1 month of truthfinder. Nothing on their website said I asked for a subscription. Now theyre charging my card for another month that I didnt want . 1 starAre you the truthfinder to find one person. Only had part of their criminal background as I know there is plenty more that happened in that same time frame. Very disappointed. Canceled yet still have ******* 24 days to use the site and now all of the sudden verification codes will never send to my phone so I can no longer use the site. Emailed company with no response. So now I've spent $25 and was only able to use the site one time.Truthfinder
