    I cant even search myself in this site. It makes you think that there is something of substance but it came back basic. It says I dont have social profile but I know for sure I do.

    I did find the police reports but they're in no way detailed. Yes, the case numbers are there but it doesn't say where. The site gets tricky after a day. I wasn't getting the same information. They charge almost $30/month for Unlimited and $3.99/month for basic surface information. If you cancel the $30/month Unlimited, you'll have to go back and cancel the $3.99 monthly, too.

    I have tried to cancel a subscription. !st I canceled online. After that failed I called and canceled over the phone. I did get some money back. And was told they would cancel the subscription. But I have noticed that I'm still being charged every month. Granted the amount is small every month but in the long run it adds up. So to me this is another subscription scam to slowly milk you out of your money.

    I would give it ZERO if I could based on the fact info is a bit sketchy at times as it comes up different on the same person when searched again. BUT the BIGGEST issue I have is that it is another company that pulls that egregious BS about getting one month but somehow secretly hidden in there somewhere is a monthly plan of some sort. What a scam. If I want ONE month and pay for what I assumed was ONE month I do NOT need to find out I am getting billed again the next month. I can't even login anymore. What a SCAM to rip people off because then you have to figure out how to cancel and then fight to get the extra charge back. They make an extra charge on people that want one month and don't know about anymore charges. A car wash did that to me as well. Asked specifically if it was only for one month and that I didn't need to do anything else. I didn't have to cancel. Yep., just one month...BS. Did the same thing and charged me again the next month. wouldn't refund and I hadn't even gone foe over a week on the month I paid for. Hassle to fight to get it and never did. JOKE.

    Beware! This company's billing practices are misleading to the point of being fraudulent. I signed up for the one-month package, and the company continued to charge me. I noticed the charge when I was billed for the second time. I missed the previous month's charge. The customer service refused to reverse the charges even though I had canceled one day after the second charge hit my credit card.

    What a joke and waste of time and money. It takes a tremendous amount of time to search before you even sign up. It makes you think there is information by saying stuff like; you may be surprised and it warns you about finding sensitive information. It returned NOTHING on my search. It didnt even get something as basic as my email address correct. Then it tried to guess by adding different email companies such as @*****. @*** or at @gmail. It said my brother was a possible spouse. ?????? Sorry, thats not legal in ********!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. What a joke.

    Because I'm trying to get some information about somebody and you keep asking for information on me this isn't about me it's about the people I'm looking for information on and you're telling me I need to log in when I'm already logged in and then it's a weekend you're not open on the weekends if you're not open on the weekends I'm just wasting my days because I do this on the weekends more so than the weekdays so really this is not very helpful and I just waste my money if I can't get the information I need which is a regular background check and there's no reason for me to eat and be unlimited background check is what it said didn't say unlimited background checks on the moon the person is looking for somebody else this ***** I like that my money back but I won't get it this *****

    This is just basically information you can get by Googling the name. Total waste of money. Also, when I looked up my own name just to corraborate the information I saw that they had my job titles wrong. I was a teacher that part is true, I was NEVER a real estate agent. And at age 65 they had my job title as a "Hooker" Hahaha! When I called to complain the woman (who barely spoke English) said she could not tell me how they came by that information other than "public record". I said "What public record is there for Hookers?". She couldn't answer this question but said only "public record" I am a 77 year old retired elementary school teacher, a devote my volunteer time to my school and my small community garden. This is character defamation and they should be sued!
