1 starWATCH OUT ! SCAM TACTICS ! I clearly indicated that I only wanted a ONE MONTH SEARCH by checking the proper box. I received an email stating that I would be charged every month from now on. I had to spend a significant amount of time trying to cancel this c*** Plus, the results were vague at best.

5 starsI have read a million terrible reviews for truthfinder and have to say that I feel sorry for this company since NO WHERE do they claim its FREE and you literally have to check the boxes to continue to payment BEFORE being charged . These people writing the awful reviews CLEARLY did NOT read ****** agreeing to payment . If truthfinder was the **** these insufferable ignorant people claim they are i can ASSURE you they absolutely WOULD NOT reply to every review with the CORRECT information that the lazy jerk who wrote the bad review DID NOT COMPREND !!! I cannot believe how courteous the team at truth finders have been to these AWFUL people AND give them FULL refunds . ****MERS do NOT give replies like they do OR refunds so use some discerment before believing these NASTY people leaving bad reviews .

1 starI had unwanted contact from someone I have not seen or spoken to in years. It was a uncomfortable interaction that left me concerned about my safety from potential predators/stalkers. I found out the individual in question was able to find my contact information online so I did a search and found my address, phone number, and other personal information on Truth Finder. This has me concerned about my safety and the risk of potential future harassment or harm from individuals who are able to find out my contact information and where I live through a quick search. Websites that make personal information like this so publicly available/accessible really put victims and survivors of domestic abuse/violence, harassment, stalking, etc in danger. People may not even know their information is being shared on these websites (so that they can request for it to be removed) until something happens and by then it might be too late. I have requested for my information to be removed and received confirmation that was request was received so I am hoping my information is actually removed and that it is permanently removed. I am worried that my information may end up reappearing on the website in the future without my knowledge unless I diligently check for it myself throughout the future.

1 starOn August 5 I got an alert through ****** results about me that I had something on the Internet with my information I opened it up I looked at it I had it removed and I closed it and then I was charged $28.99 and $9.99 by truth finder I never clicked on anything I never hit pay and everyone touched the thing you fraudulently charge my ****** account this is not acceptable I followed a report ****** and even emailed you guys never heard back from you ****** said they settled it and now I got the charges put back on my account you fraudulently charge me two different amounts on the same day I want

1 starI started a transaction on Truthfinder.com to search for info on me. After that, I could not locate the report. After calling them, I logged back in to their site in an attempt to delete all information they gathered on me. There was information on the page showing a cancelled payment from a credit card I cancelled years ago. I would like to know how they got that credit card data and how I can be sure they deleted all data on me and that they will not sell or otherwise use my data for advertising or nefarious reasons. This may not be important, but the person I spoke with has a heavy foreign accent.
