      The General Manager is very racist and is always hostile towards people of color this goes against your own policy's and procedures I had no other option but to leave cause the manager was being very abrasive and made me feel stupid and I don't think that's right or fair

      I was there eating a burrito and it was good but then I got some water and there were black speckles in it and the manager said it was from the city doing something with the sewage. Terrible!!! Also there wasn't any sign to warn others and he said he's been drinking it without a problem!!!

      My two sisters went for lunch and ordered the loaded tortilla soup there was a picture next to the board. It shows a crisp shell in a bowl. We had the toppings added and when we sat down we realized none of us saw or was offered something liquid to resemble a soup. I went to counter to inquire as we have gotten the liquid before but you know as well as I that there has been changes in the menu over the last few years. The woman that made our food was getting the tortilla soup for me and the manager stepped up and asked what we ordered I never said salad neither did my sisters. That is what my receipt says. I just wanted to be clear about what happened as to not do it again. The manager let her give it to us but he was not happy about it. I will make sure we do not go back if this is. It not addressed.

      I placed an order for delivery and paid with a credit card; after watching the order switch between grub hub and several Uber eats drivers, I received a notice one hour after ordering that the order was cancelled. I called the location and after being put on hold, was told that the order was cancelled after it had been picked up. The location acted as if this happens all the time, and did not seem concerned about my credit card information attached to the order or anything else - also did not receive an apology or assurances about any kind or resolution or recompense.

      I apologize as well. I have also notified the team in charge over the store. They will be best to look into the issue as well as follow up with our third-party delivery company. It looks like a refund has been processed for you so you should see those funds soon. I also notified the district manager over the store who can best follow up on your delivery issue as well. I apologize but, on our end, we do not have much control over the third-party deliveries and how they are handled but we can make sure to report the issue to the team who can properly follow up. Also, if you would like the entree offered to you previously let me know and I will provide it to you as well. I hope with the entree you will come back to give us one more chance!

      I ordered a chicken queso bowl and a surf and turf bowl today for pickup at the St ****** Location. The chicken was rubbery and the steak was burnt and both bowls had wayyyy too much cheese!! Neither bowl was eaten except for a few bites. A waste of $25 :(

      Well let me begin by stating the manager was extremely rude to the customers in front of the people I sent in to get my order. Our order was placed weeks ahead of the graduation party that we were celebrating. Over a week before our party we moved it from 15 to 25 people. Not a big deal and ample time was given. When my friends got the order, they specifically asked, "Is there anything else?'. The manager, *****, said NO! They left came back to my daughter's graduation party, We had only enough for 15, no salsa, no rice and immediately called the store manager. He lied and said, we tried telling them there was more food. No, you didn't ask for 25, oh you changed it online (making it our fault) I asked if they could deliver the food to the party since we were in the midst of it. NOPE. I sent the two people back. They waited about an hour and never did receive the extra 48$ queso we had previously ordered. The meat was a mess of mixed meat, the people at the party were just done with the eating process as it took so much time to fulfill. ALSO, ***** the manager, had stated, "We tried calling all of the phone numbers you guys had left and none of the numbers were working." NOT TRUE! None of the phone numbers that were left had been called. COMPULSIVE LIAR! BAD PEOPLE SKILLS! TERRIBLE SERVICE!Then Qdoba had originally charged $408 to my daughter's credit card the day she ordered. Then they charged about another 98$ later that week. Over 500 for 25 people. I sent in a complaint...to which I have had NO RESPONSES WHATSOEVER!! Then my daughter informs me that all the charges had been reimbursed. I was like, fine, they never responded but DID THE RIGHT THING!!!! NO WRONG AGAIN! They went and charged her card yet again for the $408 without any authorization. I've have sent many correspondences and have yet to hear back from anyone at QDOBA!

      I order Qdoba in brighton through door dash, keep in mind I live less than 5 minutes away. When the driver picked up my order I got the text stating she was on the way, 34 minutes later the driver pulled up. She immediately began apologizing for the delay stating Qdoba had messed up someone elses order and made her wait. I refused the order to which the driver said I dont blame you, I wouldnt take either. So I decided to just drive down there. I made my order and when I got to the register I asked to speak to a manager. A young man was summoned from the back. I explained the situation and gave him the option to comp the meal for the inconvenience, to which he agreed. Then a young girl came from the back and told me she made my order and it was correct and that someone could have stolen my food. She obviously didnt hear the full conversation. I tried to explain it to her only to be told I was wrong. I then told the young man helping me to charge me, I didnt want their charity. He range up my total incorrectly, only charging for part of my order. I insisted it was more. Once he corrected the total, I paid, then asked for the young girls name to make a formal complaint. She walks directly up to the register, takes her badge off and begins waving it in my face yelling can you read, can you read. The name badge is one that the employee writes their name on and her penmanship is terrible. One of the other employees confirmed her name to be *****. When I asked for the last name, no employee seemed to know, right like I believe that. Then another girl got in my face and told me to leave and stop harassing the employees. Both gentlemen working there apologized to me, its almost like they felt sorry for me having to deal with these girls. I own a business and if any of my employees ever talked to any of my clients this way they would be let go on the spot. I dont pay to loose business and thats exactly whats going to happen here. Worst customer service ever!
