      Upon vacating apartment at ************************************************ with proper notice, only $500 dollars of a $1200 deposit was received. according to the invoice provided it did show the list of repairs but did not show length of time or hourly rate as per ********** Code ******. charges disputed were Paint bedroom & living room ceilings (my interpertaion is painted ******* ceilings) not paint the bedroom. invoice shows $500 dollars for painting ******* ceilings which is not considered damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by the tenant. Touch up paint for living room and bedroom which was charged $300 also falls under nothing beyond normal wear and tear. there were no holes or stains left on the walls. According to ********** Code ****** a tenant cannot be charged for ordinary normal wear and tear. the painting charges should be fully reimbursed or a better explanation of reason for being charged. After speaking to **** (I Believe her name was) Supervisor she became abrasive and offered no real explanation of charges on invoice other than it is what it is, very unprofessional. I tried calling back with no success. The business tactics of intimidating and not explaining exactly what and how items came to be charged is not the correct way to do business.

      The worst company I have ever deal with. Corrupt, dishonest, untrustworthy, unprofessional and shady company all the way. They stole 2 months worth of rent and when I tried asking for video footage all of a sudden the videos where deleted and was told that I had to figure it out myself. After I had an encounter with a neighbor that has harassed most of the neighbors there and has been the reason why they have move out to the point police had to be called. Tried contacting the company and manager witch took like 3 days just for them to not even do anything about it even if I was feeling unsafe. They will tried to rip you off one way or another and at least all managers are all involved because they will never help you, but will give you the run around. Now instead of returning my deposit they are charging me $500 dollars for a bathtub that who know how long it hasn't been replace. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
