I set up a monthly reoccuring donation of $10.50 to the non-profit, Clean Air Task Force. They use a company called Classy based in ********* to manage donations. On June 19th I called Classy to request that my monthly donation be cancelled. My monthly donation is charged to my Mastercard credit card. On June 24, 2022, ***********************, a Classy customer service agent sent me an email stating that he had canceled my reoccuring donation and sent a screen shot of this as proof. Despite this, I continued to be charged monthly on July 1st and July 28th ($10.50 per date).Today, August 2nd I contacted my credit card company to seek their assistance. We tried to contact both the Clean Air Force Task and Classy and got only a recorded message to leave a message. I again sent an email to *********************** at Classy. He asked me if I had used a different email or if someone else in my family was making donations ... this is absurd! Both Mastercard and I are getting the royal run-around. I had no option but to freeze my mastercard to prevent future fraudulent charges! I have given to many non-profits over the years and never had such a bad experience. I'm requesting that I am reimbursed the total of $21.00 - these charges were made without my consent and represent fraud. I have spent 5 hours attempting to resolve this issue myself to no resolution. I'm wondering how many other donors are experiencing this questionable treatment?I do retain records of my emails with *********************** the customer service representative at ******************. Today I requested *********************** to provide me with a contact number AND extension of a person with whom I can speak with and informed him that I no longer wished to handle my grievance via email.I appreciate your assistance in helping me resolve this situation.thank you,*************************************
