      We used Lloyd's at our last home for many years and they were always great. Moving into a new home, we requested a termite inspection after being here for six years, concerned that if there were termites, we would like to have them eradicated early before any damage occurred. ******* at the office set us up with an appointment promptly and was very professional at each contact. Enter ******** their inspector. If I could give her 10 stars it would still be too little. First, ******** arrived early after first phoning us asking if that would be okay. She arrived looking very professional and was courteous, professional, personable and so knowledgeable about pest control. She explained the inspection process, asked if we knew of any problem areas and started her inspection. ********, even explained the double screening in the attic was a good extra preventive measure, wore gloves and left everything spotless. Walked out to her truck and it too was spotless, showing great pride in not only her, but also company vehicle appearance. Thankfully we are termite free, and I would use Lloyd anytime in the future we have pests or even concerns about pests. We just would ask they send ******** the next time for sure.

      I am finally able to take the time to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the termite tenting service I received from them. Issues included:Unbeknownst to me, Lloyds does not do the work I hired them for. They used a subcontractor. Im so glad after selecting Lloyds after getting several proposals, that the firm I hired didnt do the work!The subcontractor never showed up when they were supposed to, in fact for the initial tenting, they were 4 hours early and I wasnt fully ready. I emphasized contacting me when they planned to take it down. I verified they had the correct number, but they never called.They broke the backyard BBQ grill when they stood on it. Did they mention this, no. They broke an upstairs window they had opened (knocked it off its track and broke a side rod). They wouldn't reimburse the $190.72 repair cost.They claimed there were no broken roof tiles when I asked. I had purchased the insurance. When I refused to pay until the tiles were inspected, they came back out and replaced a dozen tiles.Do not use this company!

      I signed up with Lloyd Pest control over a year ago to have service done at my rental house every month. They took the payment out of my bank account every month. They only came to my rental house one time but charged me every month. If there is anything legal I can do to get my money back I will do it. I want to warn people about Lloyd Pest Control and how they operate.

      I'm really sorry that you're so unhappy. Truly. You chose the service-on-demand option - the cheapest pest control offering in California. (It's the one that I have, too!) We force no visits on the service-on-demand customers - it's wholly left up to you to contact us whenever you have bugs and want us to return... which we do, at no additional charge. This is a favorite option of hundreds of our customers. It is spelled out clearly on the contracts that are signed by customers in the field, and it is explained in detail on the phone calls with new customers, all of which are recorded and maintained. I am sorry that you are unhappy with the choice that you made. Note to all of our friends: make sure that you cancel your gym membership when you stop using it. The gym won't know, otherwise.
