I called Lloyd Pest Control Services to adress the termite issue I had at the above adress. While scheduling the appointment, I went through the details with ( ****) the estimator. We had termite damage on the siding of the house and the studs behind the siding. I specifically asked ****; if everything would be sprayed and the studs would be injected with termite medicine? His answer was " Yes". On June 6, 2022 **** from the company came and we walked through together. I showed him the studs that were obviously had termites in them and I did ask him the same question before he started. His answer was, " Sure I can inject the studs if you want me to... He said he needs to go through one by one and inject them. I said " Yes" So, while he was starting, he asked me if I had a water connection and a garden hose.. I gave it to him, he started filling his tank with water and started to spray the property with the water while I was watching and my wife was in the car watching as well. I messaged **** ( the inspector), he did not answer. Me and my wife went back after 1 hour, **** was already gone. I messaged **** several times to ask about what happened to the studs injection, there was no answer until I told him that this wasnt the agreement; I was going to dispute the charges and take it to the small claims court if necessary. Than he replies and tells me that **** was a licensed professional and his opinion was no injecting. His opinion was spraying the building with water?? After a few days we had no choice but replacing the damaged studs because we still saw termites crawling on the wood. What happened to the termite medicine? I received a **** of $810 yesterday. I am disputiing this charge..Business response

Hi. I' m really sorry to hear that you had a less than stellar experience with us. Per our guarantee terms, we will, of course, write off the $810! We are sorry that you were not satisfied. As a note to any others who might view this complaint and be confused, our use of Premise in this scenario was a viable one, however, we should have communicated that and the details of its application to the customer in advance of the service. Healthy live termites should not be crawling out of wood (they prefer to stay inside!). That said, once the customer chooses to replace all of those boards (also a good choice!), any results from our treatment are... moot. We are happy to remove the charge to honor the customer's wishes, and we hope that we have another opportunity in the future to serve you better!Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Guy came in and did nothing said he put gel in cabinets but did not pretended to spray but did not totally a scam he was rude and did not do the jobBusiness response

Holy smokes! Im so sorry to read this. Of course we want to fix this - stat! Ill have somebody contact you to coordinate service and get the details of the last visit right away so that we can make sure that some thing like what you describe never happens in the future.
